  "a woman now in her 40s told detectives lawrence, an elder at mcalester's kingdom hall of jehovah's witnesses, abused her when she was just eight years old, inviting her to his home, where he fondled her and raped her in his bathtub, according to her testimony found in lawrence's arrest warrant, which was issued tuesday.. two other accusers, also in their 40s, then came forward with similar stories of abuse.

  both said they were very young, with one telling investigators the molestation took place from the time she was 10 until she was 13 years old.

  she reported being assaulted in lawrence's swimming pool, at the lake and in the janitor's closet at the first national bank where he worked, his arrest warrant indicates.".

  a friendly message with regard to the use of cell phones.. we have all the reasons to minimise its use, and try to put it on speakerphone whenever possible keeping it away from your head and body.. .

  Thank you for posting this. All these modern gadgets we use have only three possibilities: they are biologically good for us, biologically neutral, or biologically harmful. There are no other alternatives. The history of such post industrial-revolution mechanical devices, esp. electronic ones, have consistently been shown to be harmful to the natural elements of the world, including our persons. All one need do is think of the internal combustion engine. Who will give up this way we are all used to of getting around?

  The cell phone industry, is indeed, as the vid points out, acting in the pattern of the tobacco industry's earlier history. However, the fact that so many people have become dependent on them, THAT THEY ARE SO CONVENIENT, and that we have become so used to that convenience, will make it very hard for most people to even consider giving them up or cutting back on their use---until disaster strikes and the user develops cancer, even as the victims in this video indicate. One is reminded of Al Gore's "An Inconvenient Truth" here.

  A court case in Italy last year reversed the trend in western lands of governments rejecting the scientific studies done by Scandanavian researchers into the harm of cell phone usage. Of course the Scandanavians have always been more attuned to safety than other western cultures.

  As with polluting the earth with our transportation system, we are nearly all guilty here. Your suggestions are wise (except maybe that speakerphone which would destroy the privacy we wish when talking!). One more help: since the cell phone is continuously emitting radiation when on, even when we're not talking on it (because it is always seeking out the nearest tower), to stop the radiation completely, we need to turn it completely off when not using it.

  Christadelphians (Christ brothers/Sisters)

  in my plan to exit the jw i thought it would be good if i adhere to another faith group, not cultish as the jw but non trinitarian.. this is decided for the sake of my children (two sons)'s spritual safety.

  i researched the internet and in the non trinitarian groups i found these christadelphian.

  any idea about this group?.

  There was an article on the Christadelphians, and not a bad one either as I recall, in an old WT or Awake! (60s-70s??). I don't have the WT CD Rom, but maybe somebody else here can give you the reference.

  Also the producer of the Emphatic Diaglott, the NT Greek interlinear that Russell used and Witnesses in general used until the Kingdom Interlinear came out, Bejamin Wilson, was reputed to have been a Christadelphian or have had Christadelphian leanings. They do not believe in the personality of Satan and the demons. Rather they are some sort of evil principle. Nor do they believe in Jesus' pre-existence. I can't remember the other differences between them and JWs, sorry.

  the word is that everyone but the most senior members will be let go.

  there's a new letter coming up next week to be read instructing the publishers to begin reporting the number of tracts placed in the ministry, including copies of kingdom news 38, annual invitations, district handbills and other tracts.

  see, the borg is allegue about numbers, and why on earth do they tell you to start counting placement in the middle of a campaing, like the one they are doing now witk kingdom news 38 and not before it started??.

  The pattern is clear. It's just like the "doorstep bible study" and the fractions of hours used to keep the "inactive" "active." It is sad, pitiful to see how desperate they are to keep the stats up... Such sort-sighted thinking...
