  that's the title of another poxy thread on witnesses online that has me scratching my head in disbelief that anyone could be so deluded.. i would love to be able to post a reply in the thread saying something like: "well, i guess none of you have any unbelieving relatives, then?"..

  Hurt, Anger, Then Relief?

  at first you feel a little hurt when you discover you have been misled into believing and getting involved in a cult.. then you get mad about it for a little while, but ultimately given time you will experience a great relief that you are no longer a slave to a man made organization.. (some quotes on hurt and anger).

  anger is the most impotent of passions.

  it effects nothing it goes about, and hurts the one who is possessed by it more than the one against whom it is directed.. do not suppress it-that would hurt you inside.

  1898 - no scriptural command against it - 1898wtwr 08 01 231.

  1996 - alternative service acceptable - 1996wtwr 05 01 18.

  Of Course military service is acceptable, why else would Peter have baptized the Centurion Cornelius. One more example of NON SCRIPTURAL doctrine by the WTBTS. I think the boys in Brooklyn are just yellow.
