Sister Brutally Murdered In Moscow
by Derrick ini ran across this shocking article and thought it might be of interest:.
http://www.stetson.edu/~psteeves/relnews/0108a.html.
with extreme cynicism and brutality an ex-convict made short work of a female sectarian from the "jehovah's witnesses" religious society.

crazy JW family stories
by shera in.
my father is a painter and he went on a job to home after a jw family moved out.he noticed there was wiring under the flooring going to the fridge.he asked what this was about and the landlord told him a jw family lived here and the father wired the fridge to an alarm.he would only allow his family to eat when he said so.if they tried to sneak any food it would set the alarm off,i was told they went there separate ways.wonder why?

this topic is becoming more and more interesting...beginning to realize that maybe this subjection thing is what hurt my marriage 9 or 10 years ago. My wife at the time was very, how would you say, non-controllable? She was her own person and very independent. Logic at the time (if you want to call it that) dictated that I had to control her and turn her into someone she wasn't. If I wanted to be an m.s. or an elder, she had to be exemplary and I needed to make her that way. I felt uncomfortable doing that, because I'm not that type. If I knew now what I knew then...

just realized something...
by troucul inbeen doing some thinking and i've had an epiphany.
in the course of meeting a girl and getting to know her, it's not what you say, it's what you don't say.
some guys, including myself on a few occasions, get so smitten by a girl they go over the top and say stupid shit.

Some guys, including myself on a few occasions, get so smitten by a girl they go over the top and say stupid shit. I'm beginning to believe that if you close your damn yapper long enough and let them do all the talking, everything will be fine. I tried a different approach with a girl last night and we seemed to hit it off. I was inclined to tell her how beautiful she was and all that crap, but I just closed my mouth and let her talk. It was pretty nice. I think she liked me. Took me way to long to finally realize that...
Any comments?

call yourself apostates!
by Brummie inwhen in the wt we seldom heard of anyone becoming "apostate", sure there was 1 or 2 in the usa somewhere (durrr) but very seldom would we call anyone who left "apostates", so why does it appear that everyone calls themselves apostate if they left for other reasons?
the mindset of most jws was that an "apostate" was someone who left the wts to join another religion in the world empire of false religion (btg), right?
not that it matters at all but just wondering.. .

The PO in our hall was the best. Everyone always told me how he was the only one that they felt comfortable talking to. All the other elders were either brain dead or assholes. I tend to agree. He was my dad.
