i think this was brought up ages ago however i just watched it this morning.. have you seen it and what did you think of it?.

i thought it portrayed their beliefs spot on.. actually going back many years now in one of the congregations we attended two female young adults were obviously in a lesbian relationship by their actions together.. i would give it **** out of 5 stars..

Is a belief in GOD only found in the Bible ? Of course not .what about all of the other religious sects? Do they not count ???

the world is made up of many religions christian and otherwise .. whose to say which religion is more superior than another religion ?

or has the approval of a god ?.

none that i can think of.. since humans have been on earth god has kept silent as to who represents him , if any at all..

im not an atheist, makes no mathematical sense, nor does the buy(more) bull(shit) god make any logical sense... maybe a deist on my best day, in the end you cannot get something from nothing, paradox if you ask me... but in reality i just dont care.

while in, and moving out of the cult, its like a roller coaster, emotionally, yet, for me, over time, i just take it one day at a time, and if appeasing some special deity is required, well i guess i failed.

I just can`t get my head about that statement,?

What came first ? GOD or the universe ?

Or was it the universe and then GOD ?

Is Bible chronology true?

according to jw interpretation of bible chronology, the earliest human, adam, came into existence some 6,048 years ago compared to scientific dating of human fossils believed to be much older.

since jesus validated the creation of adam and eve as historical people and jc’s own lineage is traced all the way back to adam, bible chronology is certified as true and there must be something wrong with scientific dating.

what proves scientific dating as accurate that humans are much older than what bible chronology says?.

The Bible was written by people who were brought up with religious beliefs mainly handed down from their parents ,primarily Israelite / Jewish people .

And as a people they were welcome to their beliefs just as any other body of people were.

And they just like us are imperfect and can have their own biases .

No GOD had a hand in writing the Bible ,and no GOD has endorsed the Bible as his word.

As I see it : Christianity is an offshoot of Judaism ,nd Judaism was an offshoot of whatever before that ,what`s next GOD ?

And GOD has had no problem allowing and tolerating many other Major Religions to exist and flourish on this earth.

As well as many other people with no belief in a personal GOD at all.

And yet the world still turns around , night and day still follows one another ,and life just keeps rolling along.

Does mankind have to invent theories as to how it all began with no verifiable evidence to support those theories whatever they are ,all with no verifiable evidence ? or do we just accept the fact we are all here ,life goes on whether you believe or don`t believe in a personal God.

Is the Bible any more believable than the Koran / or any other religious scripture ever written ?

I don`t believe any GOD has put his stamp of approval on any religious text or writings ever.

If their is a GOD and he/she doesn`t care why should we ?
