  Are YOU saved?

  sadly today, many churches and religious organisations teach their followers that they are saved based on something the bible does not record.

  many people are following a lie, and are heading to a lost eternity and do not know it.. my question here is... are you saved?

  Ukraine - Nato - US crisis

  don't understand....but this crisis in ukraine seems to be getting out of control....i mean, everybody knows how to start a war..... by the way, as always, people at the borg are having a field day.....

  The USA wasn`t going to tolerate a potential armed threat from a foreign power on their doorstep ,the Cuban missile crises.

  And Russia doesn`t want the same thing happening on their doorstep.

  Isn`t it all happening because Ukraine was about to join NATO ?

  Or is that just too simplistic a reason.

  Remember friends the United Nations declared 1986 as the International Year of Peace and Security .

  1Thes.5:3 "Whenever it is that they are saying "Peace and security !" then sudden destruction is to be instantly upon them...

  When did they first consider giving an apology ? That`s news to me if it were true.

  Frankly I find it hard to beleive that they ever would consider it.

  It`s not in their nature.

  Illinois Elders as mandatory reporters must undergo training

  illinois now requires all elders as mandatory reporters to undergo state approved training every three years to ensure they fully understand their roles as mandated reporters.

  this will include a pre training assessment, 60 - 90 mins of self paced, interactive training with a final assessment to ensure reporters understand their responsibilities.

  following the course, mandated reporters must make a declaration that they understand their status as a reporter and will fully comply with mandatory requirements.

  I never had a happy birthday this year 5/7

  my wife had a hip replacement on june the 17th and while the op itself was apparently succesful ,she has had a reaction to the anesthetic ?

  and has suffered delirium and is still in hospital with no apparent improvement.. its been very distressing for me to say the least.

  sorry if i sound a bit morbid but i just had to share,.

  It`s about time i up dated this thread

  .My wife has completely recovered from the set back she experienced after her hip op. and the effects she had after it.

  I`m sorry I havent posted this sooner,but thank you all for your concern and support .

  i had to laugh.. i bumped into a friend who has started going back to the meetings and who has that enthusiastic arm-waving way of talking about the stuff they're hearing from the platform.. in part he's wittering on about some talk they'd had about king david and all of his ups and downs.

  and says, "and as the speaker emphasized over and over again, we can imitate david because he was a man just like ourselves.".

  " i finally interrupted.. that shut him up.

  King David was an ass hole and was rewarded for it , so we can be an ass hole also , but I bet we wont be rewarded for it .
