for me it had to be that i was trained to be judgmental.

i'm naturally a person who doesn't believe everything someone says---just because they say it's true.

still, a "good elder" is supposed to be watchful of what might "contaminate" the congregation.. so, it's time to bare your soul.

i`ve been on this board,since before noah built his ark (take note badboy..lol!!

).........it`s hard to post publicly,at first..it was for me....eventually you get used to the board and start to speak your mind..that can draw criticisim from a few,or sometimes many posters......personally i could care less..if you don`t agree with me,so what?.............does it bother you,when other posters disagree with you?

What did you do to piss the brothers off?

when you were getting fed up with meetings before you gave up, was there anything you did to deliberately get on the brothers nerves?.

i turned up to a meeting once with jeans on, and a red top with cccp on it with the 'hammer and sickle'.

i also went to another bs group a few times so that if i wasnt at one group they'd think i was at the other and vice versa.

Lovebombing =Pats on the back for me going back to Meetings...I want to punch someone!!!!

after being away for 3 years i have agreed to attend some meetings with my wife who is suffering depression.

she has no friends except witnesses.

every meeting i get pats.......pats on the back during the damn meeting, elders and servants patting me on the back, mouthing "hello" giving me the thumbs up.....the last elder who did it, i almost stood up and punched him....i invented love bombing and they dare use it on me...me!

Part of me would believe they mean well. Part of me would find it condescending in the extreme. Part of me would feel sorry for them for being so ridiculously arrogant and presumptuous. And part of me would be relieved that at least my cover is working so I can continue to come and go as I please.
