EXTREME HYPOCRISY in this Sunday's study article!!!
by Divergent inwow, what a disturbing study article this was!
this was by far the most difficult study that i ever had to sit through.
just take a look at what the article has to say about how blood should be viewed according to our conscience:.

So what are the rules regarding eating vegetables or fruit that have been grown using blood and bone fertilizer? -

The slow trickle has become a steady stream!
by freddo inin the last few weeks it seems that instead of one or two new posters a week we seem to be getting several every day.
many seem to be long time jw's who are troubled by the path of the organisation.
this is really encouraging to those of us who have been here sometime.. welcome!

My guess is there are many lurkers just biding time and slowly coming out of the wood work.Finding the strength to break the strangle hold that the jw:s have had over them is a major obstacle for many.Reading success storys can only give them more encouragement to finally bite the bullet and break free of the shackles that have been tied around their necks for so long. There is light at the end of the tunnel and there is no better time than now to make the change.Life is to short to procrastinate. -

Mate l really feel for you and your situation.lts very sad.lt seems to me that your probably not strong enough emotionally atm to cope with leaving the cult as it will have dire consequences.Slowly does it is the way to go and over time your wife might come to the party.l know of many brothers in your predicament and they simply just go along with the flow to keep the peace.Time has a way of sorting out these situations and you have to decide whats best for you and your family and you alone.lm not baptized and never have been but was raised in the truth and l do believe in god.Regardless of what denomination of religion we belong to as long as you have a good heart and act according to the ways the bible teaches we all stand a shot of being a part of gods future promises.Good luck. -

It's Too Late to Return to Jehovah!
by naazira inyes friends it is too late for most of you to return to jehovah's org.
based on the new garlic bread parable in this month's broadcast with the illustration using loaves of bread.
it is obvious that the doors of the arc has been closed shut by jehovah's hand for some of us.. according to the new parable that can be found on jw tv.

When l first saw the image of a man with bread in his hand l thought it was a new cooking show explaining how brothers and sisters can cook their own bread thus saving money that they can in turn donate to the society. -

The pyramids and rutherford.......
by atomant inlve been researching the early days of the jw"s and found some very damning information which needs to be discussed at length.according to my research it is claimed that early founders used the pyramids to work out important biblical dates that are now dates set in stone according to the beliefs of the sect and can not be changed as it would rock the very foundation upon which their beliefs are built.l was hoping for somone with a precise understanding to please elaborate whether this is true or not.

GEE WIZZ that doesnt bode well for the jw's then does it?Who woulda thought? My understanding is that any religion that sets times and dates for armageddon is a false religion.Mat 24:3-5,10-11 (NIV) ..."Tell us," they said, "when will this happen, and what will be the sign of your coming and of the end of the age?" Jesus answered, "Watch out that no one deceives you, for many will come in my name,.. At that time many will turn away from the faith... and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people." ls this reminiscent of jw's? -

Youths who leave
by Tornintwo inhaving 2 teenagers myself the plight of young people leaving the organisation is close to my heart, shunning of young ones and destruction of families is what triggered my awakening.. ive just heard about a friend of my daughters who is df'd and being shunned by his family, apparently he is part of a campaign to take the shunning issue to the echr, i'm trying to find out more but does anyone else know about this?.
another friend of hers is also being shunned, he's is being allowed to stay at home for now because he can't afford to leave but he isn't allowed to speak to his sister at all and is limited to short greetings with his parents, after which he has to stay in his room.
poor boy has tried to commit suicide.

This policy of shunning is a despicable act and needs to be addressed as it has grown out of hand now with more and more baptized ones leaving the truth for whatever reasons.Far to many young ones are being pressured into baptism before they are ready to make any form of life time commitment, Being isolated from ones family and loved ones is emotional blackmail and has far reaching consequences and implications..My suggestion to the GB is that they sit down and have a long hard look at this sad situation and come up with a plan to resolve it rather than forcing the issue of baptism down everyones throat young and old. -

Thankyou all for the replies to my question. For those that believe in god l guess (oppostate) sums it up with (And for believers in Christ: Jesus said he was the truth and the way and the life, and anyone who wants to reach out to the Father can do so through his name and can become a Spiritual child of God. TTATT means that Jesus Christ is the mediator for all believers and not a man-made organization.)
