  One problem is, who paid the debt for the sins of Armageddon survivors, i.e., the other sheep?

  Yeah, they are the ones that need the ransom more than the"partaking anointed", because survivors will never die***, never personally pay the price according to wt doctrine.

  so wt: reinstitute the original last supper, where only the men with an earthly hope partook of the bread and wine. the only "anointed", the Christ just passed it on. and

  Not redeemed by the ransom, the Armageddon survivors are forced to work it off, 1000 year wt slaves. the conciliation price though :

  They will not be like angels, still have possible marital bliss. a joy not to miss.

  you women, who were sisters in the congregation and you were dating brothers in the congregation, were you more concerned about how he affected your status & how you were viewed in the congregation, than you cared about him?.

  I believe the sisters were so tied up emotionally in the wt movement, that their hormonal responses were totally skewed in favour of true believers. Even gammy males like me would elicit an alpha response.

  I could have married legal secretaries taller, richer, more learned, educated then, than me, solely because of the luster that zeal for the wt cause gave me. imho. (no not an opinion, some of us had to duck out from the pressure. )

  Favoured diversion: " belong to the AA club" marriage? after armageddon"

  P.S. probably not a strictly wt thing, it is the religious BS. , an evolutionary tick that gave success to those with a dedicated mind to a strongly bonded Brother/ sisterhood.

  The commentator twisted the words of Jackson, who said nobody will be ALLOWED to sin, whereas the comment dealt with the idea they will be UNABLE to sin. toward the end he used the words interchangeably.

  wt old light mis applied the Isaia 65 wt idea, that the centenarian sinner will die looking perfect, like a young boy, to refer to evil doer in the millenium facing execution. . ( new light is, that Isaiah 65 applies to the returned exiles only.)

  BTW: I found it always odd, that people could sin with impunity all this life, fearing no consequences any more than a new born baby dying, or any lifelong devout blameless do gooder.

  i listened to geoffrey jackson’s latest talk “assisting our brothers materially “.

  jackson presented some arguments, one of which was….jesus did not stop the widow from putting money in the contribution box in the temple.

  basically saying regardless of your financial situation you have to donate.

  mbd: It has to be understood, that Jesus is reported to have almost in the same breath condemned the then only God- approved system of worship to destruction.
  

  the message: even if we fail, are going to go, and you disapprove, or we are condemned,

  Jesus wants you to give. even it appears to be illogical. Even if it bankrupts you.

  2020’s are already a Train Wreck for JW ORG

  as the title says, we are nearly at the end of the 2nd year of the 2020’s, and already jw org is not only a car crash, but an absolute train wreck.. i’ve watched the annual meeting 2021 already, and it seems the gb are in fighting, morris openly disagreeing with lett, that is massive, and it’s something that has largely not been commented on by this community.

  covid-19 is not going anywhere, any trial meetings will surely be shut down, now omicron is doing the rounds.. it looks highly likely we will see a second negative growth year.

  “young ones” are waking up by the masses.

  Your math may be rough for conversation only, but you cant just subtract 20 year overlap. They need to be annointed AND overlap. The likelihood that a 20yo is anointed is low.

  He cited Fredrik Franz as the gold standard of underlapper, overlapper groupy partakers.

  F.F was ~ 20 in 1914, anointed ( most christians in that era were anointed at baptism, perhaps still are ***, not at the memorial btw) and died in 1992 after ~ 80 years of "service". now:

  David Splane mentioned that there exist no doubt older, longer serving partakers worldwide ( this is not about GB warm buddies only, but involves the count of all the last generation of thousands of partakers/ anointed) so:

  Frederick F gets us to 1992 , his modern day alter ego to (>1992+>80) = > 2072, David's supposed supercentenarians easily to 2075.

  If a possible creator would want to prove his identity: now is the time to produce extraordinary effects***. Miracles, not just stories.

  As the parable of sheep and goats shows some of these 7 billion will have the opportunity to hear the gospel and they will be placed either to the right or the left of Jesus when He does the judgement.

  GB. the bible does not say that. The approved ones are doers of true. humanitarian deeds, not preaching drones of wt inc. and:

  There was no universe before the big bang, only eternal uncreatable energy and eternal time for energy to exist in. In the Big beginning some energy was changed into matter, and 3D space was created to hang the material into.   It seems there was a scene like that in the " Raymond Franz story", where someone was "disciplined" for sharing a meal at an eating place.

  Looking at his Portraits now, from a distance looks like Biden, die beiden. ha ha
