Think for Yourself: Reform Judaism Uses JW Blood Issue For Shavuot
by David_Jay inas the jewish holy day of shavuot (pentecost) begins this weekend, the reform judaism site publishes an interesting article entitled "judaism teaches: question authority, think for yourself.".
the article employs a jewish doctor's recollection of a jw patient who refused blood and died as an example of how both religious traditions greatly differ on how they see and apply god's law.. shavuot is the day jews recall god's giving the law to israel.
the article is significant in that it demonstrates how jews see the giving of the law as a call to questioning authority, including divine revelation itself whereas the death of the jw patient is contrasted as a slavish interpretation that misses the point behind jewish scripture.. for more see the article at:.

The Weed AMONG the wheat ..NOT.."the weed overgrowed the wheat" Misunderstood parabel about anointed and about Gods patience
by TheWonderofYou inreferring to tim3l0rd who posted 12 days ago following message (see below) and the postings in which the "scattered" non organised anointed from 100 ce - 1900 ce are discussed, and the parabel of the weed among the wheat, i found out that it is not necessary at all that a "slave class" of anointed does itself distincts frome the weed , founds a new separated church, declares itself clean and holy, and begins a denunciating and destructive unnecessary harvesting.
the slave class of anointed should have better remained in the church and waited for jesus judgement.basis: .

My argument was that wheat and weed very well produced always fruit and that thus the faithful slave is very well 1900 years old. That was Governing Body's Brother Splane explicit declaration that there was not slave before 1919. https://tv.jw.org/#en/video/VODProgramsEvents/pub-jwbmw_201506_1_VIDEO
Further info and summary here, thanks to Beroean Pickets!

Check up this interesting link:
I came to see that 1914 has no scriptural significance whatsoever. That 1919 does not mark the appointment of the faithful steward. That there is no Scriptural basis for the Governing Body to assume the title of faithful and discreet slave.

Only not forget that there are many who understand this parable of WHEAT AMONG WEED not like Jehovahs witnesses.
May I remind you that JW understand the parable to mean: "there was no appointed FAITHFUL SLAVE until 19..[forgot which year exactly] because everything before was only WEED christianty and there was null sign of wheat christians before....moment Russel... or 1919 [appointment of Slave but not yet GB]
but most christians understand Jesus word similar like the following statement:
'Jesus taught us that in the course of time there will be events of apocalyptic dimensions. These apocalyptic events are times of decision. Ever more during these events the good seeds would grow up, a good seed that has been planted in the "field" by God.
But the evil would grow up till its last consequence, the final shape of evil. To this belongs the political and religious seduction, breakdown of any moral halt, persecution, blackmail, war and violence, hunger crisis for body and soul,
The evil will impose itself as might and right over everybody. This would be a time when the antichrist would claim rulership over hearts and the meaning of Christs kingdom would be irrelevant.Jesus taught in images to say what was important for the future believers. Only after the good and evil seeds would be evolved the harvesting would take place.
The endtime would be a time of decision and clear light. As the consequences of good and evil would be clearly visible, light and shadows would be better to distinguish. In the endtime everyhting would be grown-up.
----
Jehovahs witnesses see wheat only in the endtime that contradicts the parable because where does the parable say that the wheat would suddenly spontaneously grow up in the endtime 1919 and had not grown up over the centuries?
NABRE
The Parable of the Weeds Among the Wheat. 24 He proposed another parable to them.[a] “The kingdom of heaven may be likened to a man who sowed good seed in his field. 25 While everyone was asleep his enemy came and sowed weeds[b] all through the wheat, and then went off. 26 When the crop grew and bore fruit, the weeds appeared as well.27 The slaves of the householder came to him and said, ‘Master, did you not sow good seed in your field? Where have the weeds come from?’28 He answered, ‘An enemy has done this.’ His slaves said to him, ‘Do you want us to go and pull them up?’ 29 He replied, ‘No, if you pull up the weeds you might uproot the wheat along with them. 30 Let them grow together until harvest;[c] then at harvest time I will say to the harvesters, “First collect the weeds and tie them in bundles for burning; but gather the wheat into my barn.”’”
Here the key passage is that the CROP GREW ASWELL over the centuries not only the WEED! The CROP didnt appear spontaneously in 1919 as Faithful Slave TMAgain in the NWT Rev. the crop is called stalk, but there was always fruit - good and evil fruit.
24 He presented another illustration to them, saying: “The Kingdom of the heavens may be likened to a man who sowed fine seed in his field. 25 While men were sleeping, his enemy came and oversowed weeds in among the wheat and left. 26 When the stalk sprouted and produced fruit, then the weeds also appeared.

WT books- will ship
by lrkr inso i'm cleaning out the attic and i have boxes of wt books.
all of the 90's new systemy books, the 60s and 70s prophecy books, some of the 40s and 50s rainbow books, and bound volumes from about 1975-1995.. i am happy to ship them to anyone that wants them.
2 caveats- you pay shipping, and i'm not digging through them to find anything.

TheWonderofYou
Wouldnt it be good to have in each country at least one library-collection with all the old rainbow and prophecy books?
First for archive purposes and fast access in case of persistent deniers of vague bopping around over bible teachings. Secondly for the case that in the millenium you meet princes Franz and Rutherford and we dont know where that will be exactly and you could prepare yourself by prestudying his writings, so you would glance with your knowledge about teachings if you saw them eye to eye, ooh i forgot their heavenly calls but they will be clever enough to use the 24 elder rule to as possiblty to directly access earthly princes and to manifest themselves for all eternity

New Headers: There was another shooter.
http://edition.cnn.com/2012/04/28/justice/california-rfk-second-gun/index.html
Schrade an other victim of Sirhan said during the 15th parole hearing that it was his fault that Sirhan is not free yet.
______
Sirhan Sirhan was of course radicalized His father threatened America with bloody revenge. In the little Israel-occupied jordanian town Taibeh he prophecied: "Americans will yet more often cry, once, twice, threetimes, fourtimes".
[Der Spiegel 18/1969]
Sirhan himself said:
A motive cited for his actions is the Middle East conflict.[16] After his arrest, Sirhan said, "I can explain it. I did it for my country."[16]Sirhan believed that he was deliberately betrayed by Kennedy's support for Israel in the June 1967 Six-Day War,[25] which had begun exactly one year to the day before the assassination. During a search of Sirhan's apartment after his arrest, a spiral-bound notebook was found containing a diary entry which demonstrated that his anger had gradually fixated on Robert Kennedy, who had promised to send 50 fighter jets to Israel if he were elected president. Sirhan's journal entry of May 18, 1968, read: "My determination to eliminate R.F.K. is becoming the more and more of an unshakable obsession...Kennedy must die before June 5th".[12][16] They found other notebooks and diary entries which contained his growing rage at Zionists, particularly at Kennedy; his journals also contained many nonsensical scribbles, which were thought to be his version of "free writing". https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sirhan_Sirhan
Later in prison, Sirhan claimed that he was drunk. An interview with Sirhan in 1980 revealed new claims that a combination of liquor and anger over the anniversary of the 1967 Arab-Israeli war triggered his actions the night when he assassinated RFK. "You must remember the circumstances of that night, June 5. That was when I was provoked," Sirhan says, recorded in a transcript of one of his interviews with Mehdi, later president of the New York-based American-Arab Relations Committee. "That is when I initially went to observe the Jewish Zionist parade in celebration of the June 5, 1967, victory over the Arabs. That was the catalyst that triggered me on that night." Then Sirhan said, "In addition, there was the consumption of the liquor, and I want the public to understand that..."
Then we have yet the story with the woman with whom he was in the hotel and who had hynotized him.
Maybe sirhan was but though exploited by someone else who hated the Kennedy's, if witnesses say that there was another shooter and Sirhans frontal bullets did not kill Kennedy.

Hi, what concerns me, I concentrated to stay with my partner, because it was difficult for me to stay alone and I began to work fulltime again, then there were a new appartment, many distractions.
I dont remember if I thought so much about the new freedom and clearity like you, in the beginning I was not really free and even today I like to hum the kingdom melodies sometimes. It raises sometimes. With the new freedom and clearity should be principially everything possible.
You will find out what are your "trooths" in your life, what is a value for you, and than reinvent your life and do what is good for you, i wish this for you. Perhaps you like to visit your grandpa or uncle, or paint your rooms for the begin.
You will find new friends or nice people if you give something of yourself, help others and you will find recognition and meaning.
Think of how many millions are not believing in a god at all and are happy though because they love and live a meaningful life. As you know, even those dont believe in a personal god can be good people because they like to watch the sunset or sunrise with awefulness and because they hold to some values like honor, responsibilty, loyalty, mercy and love.

Ever-changing teachings of Jehovah's Witnesses - probably the most comprehensive compendium about Watchtower doctrinal changes
by WTS Archive intwo days ago a new book was released for download, called "ever-changing teachings of jehovah's witnesses".
it was originally written by a polish jw scholar (who never was a jw himself) włodzimierz bednarski, with a help from szymon matusiak, who was a jw and an elder, and is a result of years of labourious work to compile quotes regarding every single doctrine the book describes.
it covers the most important changes in years 1879—2015.

Modern was also the idea that we JW agreed to Jesus statement, that the whole law was summarized in 2 commandements, you know. These two commandements were the sense of the whole law. And what Jesus taught was nothing else than the common rabbinic interpretation of the law, they always looked for the sense. The man was the center of the law not blind obidience. So i thought that JW were modern but I ignored that they interpreted the prohibition on blood literally.
But isnt blood the means of atonement? No blood itself is not the means of atonement.
