Why does WT rarely reference creationist scientist?

" at tv-dot-jw-dot-org, i got to wondering why is it that watchtower hardly references scientist that are creationist.
i know its only a minority from that group, but there are enough out there for them to reference from.

In watching the latest video in the series "Was it designed?" at tv-dot-jw-dot-org, I got to wondering why is it that Watchtower hardly references scientist that are creationist. I know its only a minority from that group, but there are enough out there for them to reference from.
Take for instance the video mentioned above. It presents the structure of the Seahorse's tail in an attempt to demonstrate that it is too complex and it's "design" too clever to have been a result of evolution. The video then proceeds to quote an engineering professor that appears to agree in that nature makes things just right. The professor's name is Ross Hatton, and a quick google search of his name reveals that he is, as Watchtowers calls it, "an evolutionist".
As another example, the authors of the brochure "The Origin of Life - 5 Questions worth Asking" reference quotes from various scientist in attempting to bring credibility to their argument, yet none of them are creationist, as the brochure itself awkwardly admits at each asterisk note.
Are there any quotes that you know of in recent WT literature that reference scientist that believe in creation?

What changes would stabilize JW membership?
by StarryNight9 ini've seen many topics about how things are changing or might be changing in jw doctrine/culture.
some have extrapolated how those changes would result in declining jw membership.
i'm curious to know what changes others think would stabilize those numbers.

EU Court Ruling Against WT on Data-Protection
by cofty intoday's london times reports on the july ruling of the eu court that forces the organisation country to comply with data protection.. the action originated in finland but the ruling will affect every eu country.
the cult tried unsuccessfully to argue that the notes taken by jws in the door-to-door work were personal and not accessed by the congregation.
the court ruled that they are acting under the auspices of the congregation and therefore they must comply with data-protection laws.. keeping lists of do-not-calls also falls under this ruling.. why does the cult always feel that it is above the law?.

You used the word "access" and applied your own definition. Just wanted to clarify that personal notes are indeed "accessed" (aka looked at, used) by fellow congregation members, including elders, when organizing the territory data.
In regards to the statement "they are not formally handed over to elders", this is also not completely true. Perhaps in Europe it is a practice that WT is trying to discontinue in light of this new law/litigation, but in much of the world it has been and continues to be common practice for publishers to turn in registry and householder notes so as to be archived with the territory slips.

Doubter: Personal House to House notes are not accessed by anyone other than the individual publisher. What I mean by “accessed” is that they are not handed over to the elders.
This is not true. Notes taken are routinely shared within service group members when canvassing territories, including elders.

honestly i feel like we are seeing the tip of the iceberg in regards to lawsuits on child abuse.
to me it looks like the property sell offs are to be able to get ready for this.

Actually, WT did not find itself in the red. They never said “operating expenses” were not being covered. They specifically stated “theocratic initiatives” they had planned (building projects, etc) were not being funded as expected.
Even if you what you say is true, costs for planned future expenditures were not going to be met, signifying at best accounting troubles.
As for their announcement regarding "swapping buildings", it says nothing regarding their financial situation. The more relevant indicators of monetary problems were the immediate and seemingly unexpected austerity measures taken beginning in 2015, including freezing most construction projects, laying off thousands of bethel workers, selling kingdom halls as well as assembly halls, etc. Herd himself announced that those measures were taken for budgetary reasons.

Do you know how much WT made from the sale of Brooklyn properties? 1 billion dollars?
Do you know how much the Mormon church collects in tithes each year? 8 billion or so?
At the end of the day, it doesn't matter whether it is 1 billion or 100. What is important is how much money is going out relative to what's coming in. Watchtower admittedly found itself in the red not long ago, which lead to the austerity measures and the begging for more donations. It seems the sales in Brooklyn injected some much needed cash.
The question is: Will all the cuts they've made in expenditures be enough to make their finances sustainable in the long run?
