So what your really saying is, you are willing to defy a member of your governing body here? Sounds like this is the case to me. A Believer.

Do You Remember When JWs Relished Explaining Their Beliefs?
by minimus ini bet most witnesses could not explain their blood policy, their understanding of the slave, and even simple biblical doctrines....they are an embarrassment to any old timer..

I wonder how much time A Believer is putting in for being on an "apostate" site? I'm sure the forum admin would be able to find the IP address of this user and maybe report him to watchtower HQ for going against the teachings of his organisation. I'd love to be a fly on the wall in this JC meeting.

A believer. I suspect you haven't seen this yet. Even your own Gobod member admits that they do not know the name of God.

Incidentally, there are some great soundbites to be taken out of his testimony to the ARC. Should you choose to view them.

The sugar cube.
by The Rebel infirstly thanks to cofty & smiddy for the kind words on my " final post" .
this post is simply to say over two months have passed since my last post and since then i have with my wife and son seen elton john live, visited stockholm, berlin, and most importantly appreciated " the natural beauty of my neighbourhood" with out even thinking about the watchtower.
i have also attended 3 watford football matches with my son and made better relationships with my parents, discovered harvey's draught beer and made new friends in my local pub.

The Jehovah's Witness"religion" is full of weak individuals who cannot cope with the outside world. The more one does for the org, the more of a weak person this person is. The org provides a structure for those who will never leave.
The strongest people alive are those who leave these high control institutes, and go on to live their own lives.

Something to remember. The watchtower NEVER do anything without some sort of an agenda. The recent bethel doctors video is a case in point, this, in my opinion, is in response to the recent death of a young mother due to the Blood policy.

Meeting Attendance levels
by freddo ini attended a sunday meeting today after missing a couple due to a bout of chronic apathy.
out of 74 publishers we had a grand total of 33. wonderful.
for those that attend, how are you finding the numbers?.
-

When I was attending my local KH, they had no second school due to the low numbers. The elders were also having to constantly cover parts for the ministry school, as it was called then.
I could never get my head round the low turnout, especially when they merged the two congregations together...Now I know why, most active JW's probably think it is a crock of shit!
The last memorial I went to was actually pretty shocking in the way of numbers. They always needed to use the second school and back room. The last one I attended never even got this close!

"We Had No Idea How Manipulative He Can Be!"
by pale.emperor invery stressfull and upsetting evening was had last night.
i dropped my 2yo daughter off to my ex-wifes home.
all seemed good until i got home.

^^^I second the above^^^
Also, be prepared if this does got to court. You can bet your bottom dollar that there will be corrector witnesses called, and the elders will coax the rank and file to lie about you too. ALWAYS REMEMBER to mention this to your solicitor, with the written evidence from the watchtower that pertains to the lying they will do, even under oath.

Toes up. I disagree, the western world will provide the money, whilst developing countries will provide those all important figures.

They Offered Their Son Willingly—To Bethelite Brothers
by betterdaze inthey offered themselves willingly—in new yorkricky, a construction project manager in hawaii, was invited to serve as a commuter bethelite to assist with the warwick project.
his wife, kendra, wanted him to accept the invitation.
however, they had a legitimate concern: the welfare of their 11-year-old son, jacob.
