Major flaw in the Society's 1914-Gentile Times doctrine

one of the major flaws (i say one because there are many) in the society's '1914-gentile times' doctrine is an oft-overlooked one.

very simply, the watchtower society predicted the end of the "gentile times" for autumn of 1914; yet the first world war began in the summer of 1914 (july 28) and really was triggered in june of 1914 with the assassination of archduke ferdinand.

as such, the first world war actually lends no support whatsoever to the watchtower society's 1914-gentile times doctrine despite the fact that the society has continuously offered it as support.. rutherford was very aware of this major discrepancy in the doctrine.

The International Bible Students made a mistake . They did not consider a period of 120 years that must be taken into account before Armageddon happens.

The latest prediction is for the year 2011 AD ( check this usenet group alt.religion.jehovahs-witn ) which includes the period of 120 years:

1884 AD + 120 years = 2004 AD and 7 years extra are for 7 days also from Noah's time of the Flood - Genesis 6.3;7.1-4.

The end of the world could not happened in 1914 AD or any other date set forth till such period of 120 years is shown.

The International Bible Students could provide the year 1874 AD so if we add 120 years we come to the year 1994 AD which should be the earliest prediction set forth by Jehovah's Witnesses . Their 1975 will not stand the scrutiny of the Bible as well.

Since the year 7 BC is most likely date for Jesus' birth ( it was a jubilee year ) we come to the 1994 AD ( a jubilee year ) as the first reliable prediction .

Had I knew that I would not have predicted the end of the world for 1991 AD.

If that is so , it cannot be a source we can learn from about God of the Bible the right way God Yahweh wants us to learn.

God of the Bible is a God of order and all things must take place in a right orderly fashion.

Most churches today are contrary to the Bible .

We are living in times when God particuraly speaks to us through the pages of the Bible and there is a bad news arsing from that for many churches as we near the year 2011 AD as the most reliable prediction of the end of the world ever made based on the Bible.

"New Order", "New World Order" systematically removed from WTS

i remember as a kid, 80's, it was called the "new system", then late 80's, early 90's, changed to new world order.

it's interesting that governments, conspiracy theories, news, etc, are all calling the one world government, the new world order.

It is painful to learn Jehovah's Witnesses depart from very essential matterson the endtime . The terms "New Order " and the "New World Order " fit niecely to what the Bible predicts unless you don't want to know about what times we are living today according to the Bible.

i'm watching some youtube video's from newagegamer3018.

before in my research...i watched some of his video's when he was a jw apoligist.

now he has da'd himself and is defending the scriptures, not jw's.. this is the first time ever that i actually am starting to think/beleive that jesus and jehovah are the same thing.

It is very easy today when Daniel 12.4,9 is being fullfilled before our eyes that the catholic religion is the most twisted form of christian religion. I am saying that with all honesty and I used to one of the best catholics . I was close on emabarking a great mission in 1973 AD with my brother claiming we those two witnesses of the Book of Revelation 11.1-9. We were going "to fight for" catholic religion as the only true religion !And teach the end of the world .

And the next year 1974 AD -"in a instant or so"- I disclaimed to be a catholic and have stayed on independent course for years without joining any church organization on this planet earth .

Now with the new religious views I can say in the most assured way the catholic religion is the most twisted form of christianity.It is contrary to the Bible .It is unimaginable to many that a religion of millions upon millions of people could be so wrong !
Any belief any catholic preaches should be checked out in the light of the Bible and the understanding that comes into light in our times ; as the knowledge of the Bible grows and many are left behind , sticking to the old unchanged and properly unverified views.

Catholic religion because it is an old religion already is destined to failure as it remained basically the same while now we witness the most prosperous period in understanding of the Bible.

All world religions are being torn down and will be so completely in 2011 AD if the prediction comes to pass.

You must look how the Bible is understood now ,not 40 years ago or 500 years ago.

It seems that many are not registering this clear statement Jesus made in John 20.17. God Yahweh is the Father and God the same way to Jesus as to the whole Israel. Read Obadiah 1.21 it is speaking about saviours coming to Mount Sion . In the Hebrew language all letters written were small and the word " god " had to be read in the context it appeared. In the English language we can easily to mark the differences in meaning . YAHWEH is GOD , Jesus is God , Moses as " God" , 144000 servants of Jesus Christ will be gods. In John 1.1 the word God for Jesus . And the Word was God and God was with GOD .Jesus is not GOD but God. The only true God is GOD and it is Yahweh - John 17.3 . Go read my posts on alt.bible ( google group ) where I gave also explanation of Hebrews 1.8 which I used before to refute Jehovahs Witness' view on Jesus and it turned out I was wrong but they were unable to give me right explanation of Hebrews 1.8 . Once again to have one God in three persons we would have to have in the Bible: 1/3 of God the Father ,1/3 of God the Son ,1/3 of God the Holy Spirit .It is found nowhere ! And on top of that read Isaiah 48.16: the Lord God and his spirit has sent me . This shows God Yahweh is not the Spirit either !It is a metaphor that God is Spirit ! God is not Spirit ; God has the Spirit ! Jesus was teaching in metaphors and parables - Matthew 13.11,34-35 ; John 4.24 cannot be taken literally ! The whole teaching about the Trinity is a total misunderstanding who is God . It should have no place in the true christian religion. It is a deadly heresy and a one of the best signs most churches are renegade , apostate ,false and shows how Jehovah's Witnesses can claim they are of the true christian faith .

John 17.3;20.17 cannot be refuted the way they are given in the Bible. There is only one true God and he is the Father and God to both Jesus and his servants. Jesus is the man from heaven . He was man ,is and will be forever .God Yahweh is not a man and never was .

To have the Trinity as one God we would have to have in the Bible :

1/3 of God the Father ,1/3 of God the Son and 1/3 of God the Holy Spirit .It is found nowhere in the Bible.

Go to google group alt.bible and read my latest posts there on who is Jesus.

Harold Camping - the best ( in my view ) Bible preacher on radio claims Jesus is Jehovah. That is a fallacious statement .

He uses Isaiah 43.11 that there is one saviour . He thinks if Jesus is a saviour he must be Jehovah of the Old Testament .

Obadiah 1.21 states there are saviours ( more than one ) .

Jehovah's Witnesses has much better view on who is Jesus. Their view however can be improved which is you can find by reading my posts on alt.bible or alt.religion.jehovahs-witn ( also a google group ).

The righteous will posess the earth

everytime i talk to my mom about the religion i once was a part of, she always throws scriptures at me.

even though i provided her and my 'anointed' step dad with an 85 page letter of research on this religion, provided quotes of all failed prophecies, and all the bs the society feeds them, personal emails from the un and letters from the society in their stupid defence....they just took it as apostate material.

my step dad even admitted he didn't read the whole thing, but he got the 'just' of my point.

Read Luke 23.43 :

" Today you will be in Paradise with me "."Today " is explained in Hebrews 4.1-10.

The day Jesus was speaking about was not 24-hour day of course because when man dies he dies .To live on there must be resurrection.

So, they will be Paradise on earth .Earth is forever-Psalm 104.5.

Get also Psalm 128 where each God-fearing servant is promised to have a wife and children .I am God-fearing servant and have no wife as yet and plan to be so till the end of the present world order that I expect in 2011 AD if you could only study my posts.If the end doesn't come I am planing to die celibate and God's promise stands for sure .So when I am going to have a wife ? In Paradise on earth .
