As far as personality, I like his too. I once said to my Ex " you know he reminds me of the men that have owned the fine dining and country clubs I've worked in most of my life "

Yep I get him. Yes the men I worked for sometimes would be a little crude but they treated me GREAT. The one that I loved the most was also like Trump the most.

Stayed good friends with him until his death a few months back even though I left the job 30 yrs ago. I know that Trump loves this country and has done more in 4 years then Biden did in 40.

during tonight's meeting the brother seemed to read out something along the lines of "you may be helping a poor sister who you think may be struggling, but in turn that sister may be getting financial assistance from the government.

it is always best to stick to jehovah's arrangement in these matters so that help can get to those who most need it, including the worldwide work".

i think it may have been an article about social media platforms initially and how they should be avoided and then this was mentioned.

Yes Lamallcool, Someone posted on here about the June 2020 WT about trying to get people to come back to the cult. Do they even read their own magazines ? Why do they have to lie. Love of neighbor , in this case love of family, NOT. Now my daughter feels really doomed. Thanks to the love of JW's witnesses .

My ex sister in-law from California told my daughter the gates are now closed .She could not give her the code to watch the meetings on zoom. I just rolled my eyes !

Guns...Are You For or Against Legally Owning Them?

there is a surge going on of people buying guns, especially first time buyers.

with talk of police defunding and rioting in the neighborhoods, some people want to protect themselves.. do you support owning and using a gun if needed?.

Yes I will be getting one and learning to use it ! No fear here, I would use one, no problem. It's almost a must now ! I had BLM a mile from my home. They were peaceful for now just signs saying DEFUND POLICE . NUTS !

I like "MY PILLOW " bought it years ago for $109.00. Before BOGO free. What I don't get, he is now talking about his days as a CRACK HEAD.

What ! I don't think I would do that. Maybe that will turn her off, him being a former crack smoker.

How Could We Have Been So Heartless?

i am addressing here those who, like me, spent decades in the organisation that we called “the truth”.

perhaps like me you were brought up in it from an early age.

looking back now i wonder that i could have been so heartless as to believe that the mass slaughter of billions of people was “good news”.

could not live up to Jehovah's standards I wonder why I didn't think Jehovah was mean or cruel ?

Now I can't wrap my head around a God that could be such a killer of 99% of all people living.

That would be SO mean and cruel ! Amazing when you come out of being brainwashed your thinking could turn 180 degrees. Yes, being raised with fear and guilt was awful but my mom made it a little better because.she was very loving and my dad was not a JW. ..

hello, i am in the beginning stages of a slow fade.

over the years i have become more and more dissatisfied with the beliefs, teachings, and organizational practices of the organization.

i no longer have faith in it.

You know how it says in the bible , pray for anything in JESUS name. Well I prayed always for other people,asking JEHOVAH for friends that need help. Maybe they were sick or needed a new car because they lived far away from the hall. maybe sister humble's husband just lost his job ect.

I NEVER PRAYED FOR ANYTHING FOR MYSELF, except maybe to try to use the fruitage of the spirit more. I guess I never thought I was worthy and didn't want to ask unless it was really really important. Kind of like saving your get out of jail free card. LOL

Than my husband of 30 years wanted to not be married anymore. No fault of mine. He just wanted to try something new. (woman) I never prayed so hard and so long for him to change his mind. Nope, no answer for me. There is no God. Or he hates me. From a young age I pretty much knew I would die in the big A. Going done the rabbit hole isn't so bad. I just want the truth no matter where it leads me. Yep I would take the red pill.

Yes I.m still a good and loving person ! Personally I believe there is no God. I don't have to live with fear and guilt anymore. Free, I'm free at last . Free to learn, free to read, free to talk . Read" the History of God :by Karen Armstrong.There is a good video on you tube called the history of God 2.5 atheism a history of god (A) It is 15 minutes based on Karen Armstrong's book. I think the guy that does the video may have been a JW. He has a great voice. Must have learned it in the Kingdom Hall if he was lol.
