Pfft lol. Bla. When I was young, around 12/13, I went on a glass bottom boat ride. Lots of wildlife, fish. We came to a point where the spring fed river merged into a larger river. The boat had to go through an open gate with large pillars on each side. As we went through there was a monkey on one of the pillars. The monkey was sitting, smiling, and stroking a large erect penis. As the boat past by, he kept stroking proudly for all the kids to see.

There was a shared feeling of laughter and cringe. Wide eyes all around. Silence and scattered snickering.

This video gave me the same feeling.

i just took out two slices of dave's killer bread out of the bag this morning, to make some toast.

i bought the bread almost 2 weeks ago.

Ah, Ok. Well he does advertise it as “killer” bread. Why is the OP alarmed? Seems like Dave was quite up front regarding the nature of his bread.

recently a friend and i were having a conversation about the news media.

he is a democrat but he’s also a very reasonable person.

i’ve known him for many years.

I don’t see how it’s possible to trust mainstream sources. The other day the New York Times published a pro-Trump article headline: “Trump Urges Unity vs. Racism”. It should be noted that the headline is a purely factual headline. But the left couldn’t handle it, and instead of sticking to the purely factual headline, they revised it to a more partisan title (leaning left, of course).

This pattern has been replayed over and over again. With more individual commentators getting involved online, these dinosaur news agencies are fact-checked real time. And it’s destroying them. And it should destroy them.

Does anyone on the left see the irony of calling out Trump for issuing racist/Nazi “dog whistles”?! Nobody else seems to be able to hear these racist “dog whistles”. Why are they the only ones ... hearing... the dog whistles.... made specifically to be heard by racists....

But xenophobia... don’t buy it. You might think that if you’ve been fed a steady diet of CNN with a slathering of MSNBC on top.

Can you list something xenophobic? Be careful not to conflate putting the interests of the US first with being xenophobic. Also, facts are never xenophobic or racist.

I think psychologically our currant Prez has serious issues that make him ill suited to be leading this country.

Why do you think that? You must have a reason for thinking such a thing. Surely, you wouldn’t be pulling that out of your..... *cough*.. thin air. Can you list at least one of those issues?

He is not listening to his advisers and he is going off the wall with his tweets.

I think his tweets are just fine. His advisors are trying to get him... sorry, not him, *us* into more wars. Thank goodness he’s not listening.

Psychology will tell you his type of behavior has serious implications when running a country a whole bunch of professional psychologist feel he is not the guy you want in leadership of this country.

I thought it was all bunk... until... until I heard that Trump ordered the flag at half mast, in honor of the victims of the El Paso and Dayton shootings, until *gulp*, today August 8th! 8/8 or 88. “H” being the 8th letter in the alphabet. 88 meaning “HH”, Heil Hitler!
