  Why is the rate of CONVID-19 in Canada only 20-25% of the US ?

  any thoughts?

  i would expect vancouver and toronto to be huge epicenters with the rate of international travel there.

  with vancouver highly asian and toronto a mixture of everywhere, they are either just behind in the cycle or doing something that makes more sense than what is happening here.. rub a dub.

  But I still find Vancouver an anomaly with a population of 700,000 and nearly one third are Asians, primarily from China and Korea.

  Actually there are 2 million in the greater Vancouver area.

  Yes there are a high volume of Asians living here but not all were traveling to China in the Wuhan city district .

  You would think because the Asian population percentage there would higher number of incidences but that's not the case.

  I live in Vancouver.

  As of the latest numbers released on March 28, 2020, there are a total of 884 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in B.C. with a population of about 3 million .
  

  • The cases span all B.C. health regions: Vancouver Coastal (444), Fraser Health (291), Island Health (60), Interior Health (77) and Northern Health (12).

  • 17 people have died, 81 are in hospital (52 in intensive care) and 396 have recovered.

  what will the world be like once this pandemic is over?

  the world has been through this before, in the form of the bubonic plague and it left changes to life still felt today, especially in regards to the economic system.

  so many people dying meant a smaller working class that meant their skills and labour was suddenly more valuable which in turn raised wages.

  So WT just how long were you a JWS, ? you certainly show evidence of some kind of mental virus.
  

  What I'm more concerned about is the world's economy after, people not spending their money or working means less tax derived and collected by the governments, which they have now borrowed billions to help out their populations through this pandemic. ???

  I sense higher taxes for awhile and a variable economic recession.

  i think he’s doing a very good job considering what is happening in the usa and the world..

  What do you expect from a guy who has the intellectual acumen of a grade school teenager.

  Just listen to him speak or Tweet as it may be.

  The people behind him are unquestioningly smarter and drive most of "his" decisions.

  He reminds of guy I used to know in high school who got driven to school everyday by the family's personal assistant, big ego but little brains.

  What did you expect, this religion was based on lies deception, coercion and man made corruption.

  Not exactly a good example of Christian values posed in righteousness.
  

  It has enacted itself as commercialized false prophet which scripturaly is an apostate sin.
  

  Since that was and is the platform to how it was created, its going to continue on that platform until it radically has to reform due to low attendance.

  No qestion about that, the JWS are fed lies, ignorance, fear all premised upon god's loving holy spirit is directing this information through the written word.

  Brainwashing people with carefully selective chosen information from the bible or outside secular information is what the WTS has been doing since it started as a religoius publishing house.

  Question or contradict that information and you'll find yourself labeled evil, even when you use the bible to make a posing contradiction.

  The comparison rests in population density which is quite a bit higher in cities like New York . ie. public transit systems, city dwelling in places like Times Square.

  There will likely be bargains in housing and vehicles for those who can still afford them.

  Once everything gets going again that would be good advantageous time to buy high priced items like cars or homes, there will be incentives by retailers galore. $$$
