  One of the biggest responsibilities of a civilized society is to protect those who can't protect themselves. This would be the Children.

  Mr Brown should let the GB speak for themselves otherwise he shares in every child rape that occurs because of this policy.

  i have a request.. could you perhaps state all the real facts that support the idea of the gb being inspired by god?.

  i am not talking about feelings, faith etc.

  but of real proveable fact...things that would be accepted in a court or that would survive scientific testing.

  It is interesting that the leaders in the time of Jesus also requested a visual sign as proof that he was the Messiah, but Jesus did not give them a sign.

  Translation: Jesus didn't have to prove it so we don't either because we represent Jesus.

  It is interesting how the GB raises itself to the same level of their master and place themselves in the Judgement seat that acording to scripture only Christ can claim.

  TH, I wish she was ready to speak out, but she will not at this time as all her family is in the organization and she just had an incedent of the elders spying on her personal life so she is very paranoid about everything right now.

  Another hurdle is the fact that being taught your entire life that speaking anything negative against the orginization is the unforgivable sin. It takes a lot of intestinal fortitude along with a certain amount of deprogramming before a person is ready to speak out.

  Do you know if this is a tv or new paper reporter?

  I subscribe to the St Louis post dispatch and could get a recording of the report if on TV.

  I know a SL in that area but she is not at a place right now where she could make public statements.

  It is very sad that the fear of loosing family, do to the WT shunning policy continues to silence the lambs.

  a co-worker who sits across the isle from me was recently arrested for molesting a 10 year old girl.

  my employer has let him come back to work since he has not been convicted yet.

  the rest of the staff were notified by management to not talk to this guy about anything non work related.. it is really going to be hard not so say something to this slug.. what would you do if you had to sit next to a pedophile at work?

  Maybe I should get some of that stuff from the drug store that you drink and it makes you thow up, drink it and then go blow chunks in his office, then say.... oh I'm sorry and get the rest of the day off for being sick.

  It was not long ago that I was enveous of this guy. He is young, good looking with a full head of hair. During work breaks the hottest single girls would be hanging out in his cubicle. This guy could have had any available women in the office. He looks like he could be a male model and all the single women would hang out in his cubicle.

  I can remember walking by many times seeing the young girls and longing for the good old days.

  What in the world would drive a man who could turn the heads of all the beaurtiful single women in the office to do this to a 10 y/o girl?

  Sick.

  I realize that he has not been convicted and that is why my employer feels obligated to let him return. I just hope it won't take long for him to go to trial.

  Here is what the local paper printed

  Police yesterday arrested a XXXXXXX man for allegedly sexually molesting a 10-year-old girl several times between 1998 and 2001.

  XXXXXXXX police were alerted to the alleged abuse earlier this month and arrested XXXXX XXXXX XXXXXXXXX, 35, of XXX XX XXXXXX St., yesterday for suspicion of first-degree statutory sodomy and first-degree child molestation.

  XXXXXXXXX was released from the XXXXXXX County Jail last night after posting $55,000 bond.

  In a news release, police said XXXXXXXXXXX allegedly molested the 10-year-old girl at several locations between 1998 and 2001. The victim knew XXXXXXXXXXX and was left in his control during the incidents, police said.

  Also yesterday an ex parte order of child protection was issued against XXXXXXXXX, restricting him from having any contact with two juveniles.

  i can remember how the wt always claimed that the bible could be trusted as gods word because the bible writers were so honest and candid about their own mistakes and did not try to hide them.

  can the same be said of the governing body of jehovah's witneses?

  if i were to join the ymca for no other reason to have access to the pool, i would be disfellowshiped.

  Can the same be said of the Governing Body of Jehovah's Witneses?

  If I were to join the YMCA for no other reason to have access to the pool, I would be disfellowshiped. Cast out, not deserving of everlasting life.

  If the JW leaders join the UN for no other reason to get a library card, then they are just imperfect men, give them a break.

  I continue to hear of more and more reports of publishers who submit their letter of dissasociation after finding out about the UN scandal. There have been many DA letters that document the WT association with the UN as a reason for them leaving. Certainly the governing body is aware of this trend. What is their response? NOTHING! NO CONFESSION, NO REPENTENCE, NO REMORSE, NO HUMILITY, NO WRITTEN APOLOGY to the sheep they may stumble, NOTHING!

  If these men were truly of God, they would take to heart the words of Jesus at Mathew 18:6 "But whoever stumbles one of these little ones who put faith in me, it is more beneficial for him to have hung around his neck a millstone such as is turned by an ass and to be sunk in the wide, open sea."

  If we can trust the bible is gods word based on the open and honest record of mistakes by those who wrote it, that same standard convicts these self proclaimed sons of god as being NOT from god at all.
