They also do letter writing in my area. We have quite a few estate homes with large locked iron gates so there is no access. They take down all the address of homes like these and send them a tract with a short message. It can get expensive with the cost of postage the publisher must incur.

Exercise Check-In Log

after loubelle's exercise thread, i thought it would be a fun idea to keep a log here and check in with everyone.. i walked 30 minutes yesterday plus after walked to the police station and the witch store about 3 miles away from the y.. food: .

breakfast: 2 pieces of toast: one with pb and the other with honey, coffee.

lunch: hardboiled egg, ham, cheese stick.

I cross trained yesterday, total of one hour(elliptical and bike), did some free weights and stretching.

Today, I ran 3 miles, lots of stretching

My diet is always low fat, low to mid carb, fresh fruits and veggies

no weight needs to be lost, just like to maintain good fitness.

Very well said. They have no ansewer for you because they know what they teach is lies but the ones at the top love the luxary and power in their life.The Watch Tower Society are the pharisees that they so addamently condemn.

NO Oral SEX. This brother was very graphic during his talk. There was nothing left out. I wanted to crawl under a rock. He had two younger kids and his wife there and they never even battered an eye. I would have been red faced and so embarrassed.

for the last 5 and 1/2 weeks i have been at the gym mostly twice a day except saturdays - i only have one training session.

each of my sessions is at least an hour long but can go for two hours.

i do various cardio in the evenings and do strength training in the morning.

Exercise is a passion for me. I built my own gym this past year. It took a 1.5 years to build but it is up and running. I run 3.5 to 4 miles a day and weight lift too. I use to lift heavy(best bench 165 pounds) but now I stay closer to body weight(115 pounds). Hubby and I also play tennis, hike, surf. Keep at it and the results will come.
