i wonder if the guy who raped my daughter was in the same prison as him , despite being disfellowshipped and a child rapist he was very good at "preaching the good news" to anyone who would listen bastard hypocrite ! hes not been keeping very "good associations " latley ! they should never be let out , monsters !

soft sentences for child killers has sparked prison protest plans.. around 100 people are expected to turn up at the demonstration outside low newton prison in county durham, where notorious inmate tracey connelly has been caged for her part in the death of her son, baby p.. the protest by the abused babies and children (abc) foundation was prompted by revelations connelly, her boyfriend steven barker and his brother jason owen have launched appeal bids against their sentences.. peter connelly, baby ps real name, died after suffering months of abuse.. haringey social services, doctors and the metropolitan police all failed to remove him from his mothers care despite evidence he was being abused.. tracey was ordered to be held indefinitely a minimum of five years after pleading guilty to a charge of causing or allowing the death of a child or vulnerable person and was transferred to low newton prison after receiving death threats in styals womens prison, cheshire.. as it emerged connelly had lodged an appeal, the abc foundations organiser mandy francis, 52, said: we were disgusted with the sentences handed out to these killers and then they decided to add insult to injury by appealing against their sentences.. we want to help get peter the justice he deserves and for the government to realise that people are fed up with the paltry sentences handed out by the courts in cases like this.
life should mean life.. the abc foundation, who will stage their protest on october 4, are also furious connelly, barker and owen could be given new identities for their protection.. barker, who was also convicted of raping a two-year-old girl, was jailed for life with a minimum of 10 years for the rape and a 12-year sentence for peters death.

Dealing with a 'molested child' in a Judicial matter.
by dissed ini'm trying to respect the privacy of this individual, so forgive me if i'm a little too vague in my descriptions.. this for me, was the most emotional and difficult judicial matter that i have ever experienced.
its been many years since this happened and i'm still troubled, and troubled for this individual.. a young sister had committed fornication and i was chosen to sit on the judicial committee.. the case didn't make sense at first.
she was a faithful example in the congregation and was very much liked by all.

my heart goes out to you and the girl, i think you should still apologise to her , believe me it wont open up old wounds as those wounds unfortunatly never close completly , it keeps me going the thought that elders or my daughters rapists wife will one day apologise to me or my daughter , i dont think you realise how much "closure" it could give her , good luck

I need help in facing our abuser...
by cognac inthe thought of it scares me so much i can't even think straight... just writing this makes my heart race like you wouldn't believe.. i need to face my dad and mom.
my dad abused us, my mom allowed the abuse.
i need to face him with my two older brothers - the ones who got it the worst and who never faced them about it.... i know my mind will go blank so i'm simply going to write out what i have to say and read it to them.

i think you will be suprised at how relieved you feel after the confrontation and how satisfying it is to stand up to an abuser and let out your feelings after imaging the scenario for years and unable to do it , i approached the man that raped my 13 year old child on a regular basis for months , got her pregnant (she miscarried ,because he beat her )and metally abused her , which she will probably never recover from as she self harms and has a eating disorder stiil 8 years later , i went to his place of work and said what i wanted to say , knowing that i couldnt possibly hit him because of the kind of work i do , no matter what ihe said to me , it was probably the most difficult thing i have ever had to do , he had just got released from prison after serving 18 months of a 3 year sentence that he got for abusing girls in the congregation years before he abused my daughter (my daughters charges were dropped at the last minute in a plea bargain ) so we had no justice and that man still walks the streets and is allowed to live with his children ! i even think he may have convinced the elders he was telling the truth (or some of them) so he could be back in a congegation sometime in the future and people just dont know the full story of what he is capable of ,scarey ! i was scared of him untill i confronted him but the confrontation cured me of my fear as i walked off with him swearing to jehovah that all the victims (that dont know each other ) told lies about him , pathetic ! confront them and be strong at least you have support , but dont expect any remourse ,all the best x

should i report this child abuser?
by highdose ini've already posted this on a recent thread, but just in case it gets ignored, i wanted it to have a thread of its own.
as i'm quite uncertain as to what to do.... in the area that i just moved to i have discovered that there is a jw here that i used to know.
the interesting thing about this jw is that when i knew him 20 years ago he fled my congo because a young sister spoke up and said that he had been raping her for years as a child.

when my daughter told me she had been abused by my best mates disfellowshipped hub at the age of 13 i was horrified , i called the police and told them i had heard a "rumour " years before that the perp had tried to kiss a friend of his daughters that might of only been 15 and that he had also had a consensual affair with anothr of his daughters friends for 2 years when she was nearly 16 . however when the police investigated they approached both now women of 30 years of age and the first one had actually had a "realationship " age 11 to 13 years and the second girl had been raped on a regular basis from 13 to 18 years by the man who eventually went on to "pick up my daughter from school" (unbeknown to me ) my point is that had these girls gone to the police instead of elders , who swept it under the carpet , my girl would not have suffered nightmares , self harming , bulimia , low self esteem , suicide attempts aswell as much worse that i can not mention in case people know who i am , and it really makes me mad that i had to leave town to get over it all and because of some in the congregations lack of compassion (im not a jw) contact victim 1 NOW! this perp actually got 3 years for his 1st 2 victims but my girls charges got dropped because of lack of evidence (even though it was her who came forward first and victim two had been taken to same places 12 years earlier ! PLEASE SAVE ANOTHER CHILD i wish someone had told these victims to report to the police before he got round to my child .

by looloo inafter serving his prison sentence , incuding young kids and his active jw wife (i presume they dont shun him) when my husband and small child are not visited by jw family because it bothers their "conscience " and they know how damaged my eldest child was by being raped as a kid by that paodophile aswell as other kids in the congregation , it really pisses me off , when an elder told my mum that the paedophile "would never harm his own kids " as a explanation to my non jw mum !!!!!
weirdos they make no sense !i wish they knew the full story , maybe one day !!!!

my husbands family happily mix with the mans wife who raped my child a nd nearly destroyed her literally and say "well she hasnt done anything wrong " (she took his side over victims and took him back and has supported him ,and had she spoke the truth to the police instead of refusing to talk to them , he would not have got away with my childs charges ) what fine bloody fruit , and they can not even see the hypocrisy , its like its not a big deal and we should "just get over it" THE MAN RAPED KIDS ! whats wrong with them , why dont they understand why we dont want to be in their shitty religion had he been reported years ago when a serving ms my child would not have been abused
