It all goes to the mother organization. The congregation may get a little, if the washtowel feels it needs the funds (the washtowel decides, not the congregation). You are better off giving nothing.

It is stupid to go door to door during a pandemic, even a normal flu. But, when you have the flu plus this coronavirus (which is worse than just getting coronavirus), you are really putting lives on the line. All it takes is one person to pick up the virus at the door or at McDonalds, spread it to the car group, and then to the remainder of the territory. And writing letters will do no good if you still have to lick the envelope to seal it or your coronavirus infected hands handle the envelope and they get it inside a day.
And, if they do field circus through the internet, what is to stop householders from wisely marking all such emails as spam? I hope spam filters block each and every one of those emails. It is also not going to reach YouTube--for every video the jokehovians post there, there are 50 apostate videos that come up next. Their official web site can only handle so much traffic, and if everyone and their dog tries streaming their videos, they will start buffering or reaching their limits.
The bible has the answers? Or does it just contain the problem? I think this waste of paper called the bible is a curse, causing these issues and leading to global communism. Worse even than China or the USSR. We will all have RFID chips, we will all become like the greys and have no freedom at all. The reptilians will directly kill anyone that tries to deviate even a little. That's where this pandemic is leading, and people abiding by that bible are only stepping on the gas in heading there. Each time someone attempts to attend even a digital boasting session, or attempts even electronic field circus, they are adding to this. To me, that is way worse than the virus itself.

Great tribulation, my eye. Did they remember anything about the Spanish flu, polio, or the Plague? Those were far worse, both in terms of numbers infected and numbers of people killed or left severely incapacitated. From what I have seen, very few healthy people are being left permanently disabled from this (unlike polio), and the death rate is well below Spanish flu, let alone the plague. Given enough time, an asymptomatic version of coronavirus will spread, partially immunizing the whole population from this--or it will be more like the other 4 coronavirus strains that merely give you colds.
But, if they keep pushing this rubbish from the bible, we will soon lose our freedom. Not just in one country--worldwide. That is what the bible is about--a curse on the whole earth. Create the pandemic, wait for a reaction demanding hard quarantines and loss of freedom to fight it, then impose full communism that will be far worse than the virus (and I am actually more afraid of the communism than the virus. I am even more afraid of communism than I am of the panic and fights that will break out when supplies run out, which is going to be worse than the virus in of itself.) And the bible gives them the energy to carry this out. Dump the bible, stop going to those coronavirus breeding places called churches, and cut yourself from this. You might still get the virus, but at least your energy will go toward healing instead of toward bringing us all communism.

He is not perfect. Far from it--it is absolutely idiotic to expect everything to return to normal by April 12. Do that, and I guarantee you that within 2 weeks, we are going to have a super whopper of an outbreak through the whole country that will have everything shut down for 6-18 months. They need to keep stupid things closed down--and that goes especially for churches and mosques (and, as New York City can attest, synagogues are not exempt). It simply is not worth it, and especially when churches are supposed to be packed this Easter. They deserve to be empty or closed down in a regular year, and more so this year.
But, it could have been worse. They tried putting in rubbish riders into the relief bill, that would have enforced political correctness, the green rubbish, and just about everything else. And, he could have declared martial law, suspended the Constitution, and instituted Noahide Law. He rejected the rubbish riders, forcing them to bring a clean bill for the relief and put the riders in separate bills (which I hope get vetoed).
Personally, I don't think this virus itself is so dreadful as the potential consequences. Long after the virus is gone, we will have those reptilians on this earth bossing everyone else around, we will all have RFID chips, and there will be no individuality. None. We will all be as the greys. I, personally, would rather have a weak or sloppy response to the virus that isn't going to lead to this outcome than a tight and effective response that will--even if quite a few people have to die, more have had to die in other acts of defense to our freedom.

Counting Memorial Attendees and Partakers
by caves inhow will the borg be able to count the partakers(144,000 anointed) since jws are to celebrate the memorial at home?
what about accurate counts for attendees?
what challenges do you see?
-
WTWizard
They will give a number of partakers that is well below 1,000 this year to scare people into thinking the end is nigh. Since they have no way of verifying whether someone partook or not, they will simply assume they did not. All they need is a number like 180 to make everyone think this is it. They could also post attendance well in the 30 million range, simply based on connecting for even a split second--you look at the stream because you want to see what nonsense they are spouting, click the big red X at the top right, and you are counted in.
Obviously, if they do have the audacity to hold a real live Supreme Boasting Session, they deserve to be shut down. Most bars are closed, many supermarkets are operating limited hours (and are devoting the earliest hours to seniors), all amusement and fun parks are closed, quite a few stores that are deemed "non-essential" are closed. And there is something to gain for your coronavirus risk in these places. With this wastefest, there is nothing. Even when I was in and there was no pandemic, I always felt the whole thing was more stressful even than going to work. Worth it?

With the number of no-tests, I expect to get it at some point. Given the occupation I have, I expect to come in contact with someone with coronavirus (and probably someone that doesn't have symptoms yet). Even with all the hand washing and sanitizer, that only does so much if someone coughs in the vicinity. (And masks offer incomplete protection, too.) Not that I am specifically worried--I usually miss out on most flus, including the swine flu when it went widespread in my area.
But, that doesn't mean I am doing nothing else about it. The next line of defense is to make it more of "Oh wow, that didn't even hurt!". I know that it doesn't get another chance, so if the first one doesn't hurt, that's it. Beyond vitamin C (and yes, that reduces my colds down to about half or slightly less), I have been taking vitamin D, astragalus, elderberry syrup (which is good to help the immune system), lycopene (so my immune system doesn't waste energy on inflammation where not warranted), schisandra berry powder (also helps the immune system), and numerous herbs and minerals for my pineal gland. I have echinacea and oregano oil on hand, just in case. That should reduce the chances of its hurting.
More of an issue, I am finding widespread limits on grocery items in my area (as is the case everywhere). There are spotty supplies on toilet paper, Lysol, bleach, oatmeal, pasta, rice, peanut butter, and cleaning supplies. Once we get a total lockdown, I expect either the stores will be closed totally, or we will have to show papers to verify that we are going for necessities and not luxuries (and they decide what constitutes "necessities"). It might also be impossible for deliveries to enter or leave the area, meaning shortages of items that are even worse than we have now. And, if they do pack the churches this Easter, I expect we are going to see more people actually catching coronavirus from church, and then the problem will be even worse.

Good thing I don't even have a web cam, let alone this zoom. And if I did, I would simply disable the thing during this event, or better yet, click on the upper right corner of the window during it. And if the hounders show up to get me to sign up for zoom (and coronavirus, while they are at it), I will simply decline--all in German (and I doubt any of them will understand it).
Not to mention, what if they had to worry about, say, my having an asymptomatic case of Spanish flu and the ability to give them a severe case of it? Just as they are about to contract coronavirus on top of that. One more thing they should be worrying about. Do they know I don't already have the flu and am barely showing any symptoms? Or, what if I already happen to have coronavirus (from where I work) and am not yet showing symptoms, or never get any at all aside the ability to pass it on to the whole congregation through one idiot hounder? This is why it is stupid for them to visit people and invite them to waste food money on some useless technology that is going to do no good.
Speaking of cost, how much does Zoom cost upfront and per month? What about the cameras you need to use for this? I wonder how many jars of peanut butter one could get with that money. Or bags of rice, bundle packs of toilet paper, canned soup and vegetables, bread or crackers, butter, cheese, pasta, and the spices needed to make this as much fun as it can be. Or, a few video games for that old Nintendo 3DS (for entertainment). If they are really going to get people into church on Easter this year, I would be expecting a huge number of new coronavirus cases during the following weeks.

Warning!
by FedUpJW inno...not a warning from me, rather that is the subject of the "local needs" that i heard was presented via zoom tonight.. beware of apps!
they harped on the idea that only apps approved by the governing body should ever be downloaded or used by jdubs.
they said if they had not been featured in the litterature or specifically recommended by the governing body then jdubs should heed the warning and avoid them.. i guess they are, as we all suspected, very afraid of what the dubs will find out now that they have to use only electronic devices for their "food"..

I have a number of apps on my desktop that do not come from the washtowel, and are not loaded with malware. I have the Amazon Music app and the Weatherbug app. I use the music app to buy my music (including sun-worship songs). So they want to make me listen to Kingdumb maladies instead of Led Zeppelin? Or to not be able to find out what the weather is going to be for the next few days? Does the washtowel have any approved weather apps that have reasonable accuracy?
Not to mention, there are plenty of apps for mobile devices (of which I do not have, because they cost too much money for service charges). Yes, you do need to be selective on which apps you install, but because your device has limited memory and having too many garbage apps will slow down your device or make it unstable. By all means get whatever useful apps you wish for your device, with this caution in mind. The washtowel app is probably the worst offender of being a waste of memory for your mobile device, and probably the worst in terms of compatibility and stability issues.

individual memorial portions
by Dubtown inthis year locally the memorial will be broadcast to the congregation using zoom software.
it will be a video broadcast, however no one locally will be partaking, so what arrangements are needed for bread and wine?.
local elders plan to deliver small portions of the bread and wine to each household ready for the celebration..

And why would the hounders be distributing the emblems--and the coronavirus--to individual households for this wastefest? That defeats the purpose of calling off the event, and ensures that everyone will get and spread coronavirus at homes. At least when the UPS or FedEx delivery person comes, they are delivering something useful.

Though it would be better than the wastefest the washtowel holds, any religious activity (in the judaism, xian, or islam denominations) is extremely risky. I would rather just have decorations up that symbolize pagan rituals, such as the rabbits and chicks/eggs. Many other activities will simply have to wait. And especially anything where people go to church--I would like to see totally empty or closed-down churches on Easter as well as all those Supreme Boasting Sessions fully cancelled.
