my family were in the field service one saturday morning.. my little brother did nothing if not piss my dad off as much as possible, not sure if it was on purpose or just a personality clash, but anyway.. i'm pretty sure little bro would not get out at a door and was also possibly doing something mischevious, i.e.

drawing funny yet inappropriate comics to entertain himself and his sisters.. so my dad demands that my bro get out.

back in june, a good friend of mine fianc'e asked if i would be a bridesmaid in their upcoming wedding on dec 30th.

"of course i would love to" i proclaimed - plus i said i would volunteer my services to the flower arrangements.. my brother calls me up today saying - "so are you going to the bear game?

" i said "hell yeah, you think i would miss it?

Divorce Rate of Those When Young??

my daughters were at a club the other evening ( saturday) and ran into 5 witnesses they knew as younger children, they had all been married and were in the process of getting divorced.

four were men, 1 woman, two of the men we had known literally for years and i had liked them all.

i had told my children when they got married that it wouldn't be long before they were married.

I don't think that there is much difference between people who marry young then people who wait! Last time I checked the divorce rate is over 50%, this includes people who have waited. In fact 67% of second marriages end in divorce! I think it has more to due with the "disposable society" that we live in. Its easier to walk away than try to fix it.

I also think that there is some fanatsies about what a marriage actually is. You have been raised to think that Prince charming is going to come along, sweep you off your feet and live happily ever after. This may be the case for awhile, but the reality is, marriage is work, hard work that takes dedication, devotion and communication. I feel that we at times make unrealistic demands on our partners based on what we feel is the ideal marriage. If the line of communication is not there then these negative feelings fester into unhappiness.

i love it in here sooo much and so do my kids just wanted to share some of my photo's with people who i know will appreciate the beauty of our natural environment and wildlife: if anyone ever gets a chance to visit nz please don't drive through kaikoura on your way (from christchurch to blenheim) you would be missing out on one of the most special places in the world!!!.

seals about 3 minutes walk down the beach from where i live.

aren't they gorgeous???.

my care had an interesting conversion with 2 male jws.. they said that world peace(or should that be armageddon?

) will happen any second soon, so they were desperately knocking on people doors to convert them!.
