  So, I have this kitten...

  we watched her grow and learn to play with new toys without freaking out over them.

  one toy is a little stuffed bulldog with a harley davidson black jacket and a bandana.

  just wanted to let you guys know that i might not be around as much as before.

  i've got a 15 unit load this semester, and it's already starting to bleed my free time.. and because i ain't got no good grammar, homewerk takes a loong time.

  That is a bummer, my classes start next monday. I will be working 8am to 5pm and then be at class mon - thurs 5:30 to 10:30 pm.

  Won't have as much time to have fun here.

  Well, feeling better just very tired. No more fire, I mean temperature. Spleen hurts and my white cell and platelet count is still too low. Not sure what the Doc thinks, waiting on results of latest cbc. I am sure it is just reaction from the vaccine, the only thing is I had a platelet disorder in the late 80's and Doc thinks it may be acting up again. I don't want another bone marrow biopsy, that is for sure, so I would rather wait a little while to see if my count goes back up. I will see.

  Has Your Fashion Sense Changed Since You Were a Dub?????

  mine has.

  as a child i wore the woal skirts and turtlenecks (hated them) and as a teen i wore lots of ugly skirts and tops with buttons, made sure not to look trendy.

  when i was in my early twenties and on my way out i started being more myself, wearing some funky digs, pretty much just to give a shock.

  When I was younger, I dressed very frumpy, and didn't realize it until I saw pics of myself a few years later. I have a very fashionable friend, who took me shopping several years before I left the org. and I started changing my style then to a more youthful and more flattering one.

  Now, if I am going out, I wear my lowcut, or sheer shirts, skirt to my butt, fishnets and boots, just because it is fun and no one can tell me not to. I am more age appropriate at work, but am no longer a frump.

  Have You Been Divorced, Or Getting A Divorce?

  divorce is much more common in the jehovah's witness community than they would like to admit.

  probably more so than the population in general in my opinion.. if you have been divorced, do you think that the watchtower society contributed to the divorce, or caused it, or is it just possible you married some jerk or abuser and divorce would have occured no matter what religion you were, or even if you had no religion?.

  possibly you got married way too young as the end was coming and there is no marriage in the resurrection if you died.

  What do the endless debates with ThirdWitness etc prove?

  there are currently long debates going on with 3w about the subtle meaning of words and how they are supposed to prove the wts has the correct doctrine.

  even as a jw i always noticed that it was impossible to prove a doctrine to people in the field.

  the fact that 2 christians can discuss topics endlessly without any conclusion shows me that god can not possibly be going to destroy every non jw simply because they could not be convinced of watchtower doctrine.. the bible says very little about doctrine, besides pauls discussions to show jesus is our ransomer and means for everlasting heavenly life.

  I hate those debates and usually don't even read them. Too stressful and doesn't make any sense or matter to me anyway. I have my freedom and that is all I need.
