I need a holiday. wheres good?
by creativhoney inits been a horrible year, cuminating in my sister leaving as well, which was great but brought stress as well.
this year is going to be so much better, i start teacher training again... :d but i feel like id just like to get away from it all for a week, ive never been away alone or even on a girls holiday.
anyone else have this issue?

My Friend, Philip
by snowbird inhis name, spelled the traditional way with just one l, means lover of horses.. this characterized him well because he was certainly a mule lover - as close as his humble family could get to that noble equestrian, the horse.
anyone in need of having a mule saddle broken knew to go to philip.
it usually took only one day for him to bring the most spirited and stubborn mule to heel.. he was dark with strong white teeth that shone like the marble at paros.

There's still snow left on the ground after the 24 inches of snow the Washington D.C. area received the week before Christmas. I was visiting my son then. It snowed for 48 hours. They didn't know how to handle that much snow. The drivers were pretty helpless, too.
But even that doesn't compare with the winter of '95/96, when blizzard after blizzard piled up close to five feet of snow in the Northeast U.S.

Even though I'm OUT of the JWs - I still feel a lil guilty! (help)
by babygirl30 inout of all the 'friends' i had while in the jws, only a few (4) still have contact with me - 2 of them being very close to me to this day.
one of these girls is about 6yrs older then me, so she has always been my 'big sis' so to speak!
anyhow she and her mom are jws and they live together, but are very 'relaxed' in their stance against me in that when i go out of town (which is on a regular basis) my gf will stay at my place to #1-get my mail, and #2-get a break from being up under her mom everyday!

Forget the girlfriend, warn the poor schmuck of a boyfriend.
As you pointed out, your friend knows the consequences of her actions. The boyfriend, in all likelihood, doesn't have a clue about what's involved in a future with a dub.
If she really cares about this guy, she needs to make up her mind. Either leave the dubs and have an honest relationship with the boyfriend, or stay in bondage and release the guy. He doesn't deserve this.
