Yes, yes. I had a relationship with him too. But he gave me a million dollars not to tell. So, I've cancelled my press conference. Please, don't ask me because money talks. I mean, I can't talk!

Another vote for Dyson. Our new Dyson from Sears was worth every penny, since we've got pets. It's amazing how much hair it picks up. The model we bought is called appropriately, "The Animal."

JWs: Dress Like a Nerd. You'll arouse "curiosity" per Oct, 2009 KM
by Open mind inon this week's service meeting there's a q&a for an article about informal witnessing (tm).
the second paragraph recommends dressing modestly at all times so you're ready to witness at a moment's notice.
it even says that your neat & clean appearance may arouse "curiosity".. .

I wouldn't call it modest, I'd call it sinister! Recently a father and son pair came to our door on a rare Saturday I wasn't working. They had on suits and ties on a hot day, carried briefcases and looked like police detectives. Nobody would feel comfortable opening their door to these scary looking characters! They may well have been nice guys, but they need to way scale it down to put people at ease. They're so stuck in the 1950's. Plus, when you wear hot suits on a hot day, people think you must be dumb as dirt and aren't too interested in whatever you have to say. Just a simple concept Crooklyn hasn't figured out yet.

Who has given the masterbation talk on the TMS?
by Out at Last! ini had the "privelege" of giving the masterbation talk years ago.
when i looked at the talk slip and saw the theme, i thought at least they have an expert on the subject.
the best thing about it was that the point i was to be counseled on was gestures.

Slept till 8 A.M. Had good strong gourmet coffee. Hubby paid the neighbor kid to cut the grass. Went to seafood lunch, had a nice glass of wine, then stopped by the Mall for some shopping. Came home and took a nap. Light dinner, another glass of wine, and planning a good night's sleep! I don't dread Sundays now!

Yep, my folks get quiet when I mention hubby and I are getting our financials situated to be ready for retirement in ten years. Wait, I wasn't supposed to finish high school, and wouldn't need a college education for a career in this old system. Hmmm. Good thing I did land a career and can help them out now, because it's 2009 and they're hungry when the pension check is gone.

anyone visit haunted hotels
by John Doe inas a hobby?
i've toyed with the idea of staying in a few, just for the hell of it.
the crescent hotel in eureka springs is only an hour and a half from here.

Not a hotel, but we went on the ghostwalk in the haunted vaults of Edinburgh...it was creepy, damp and dark, but we didn't experience anything. Several years ago, we stayed at an old hotel in Leadville, Colorado. I found a log in the chest drawer from previous guests, describing what they'd experienced in our room! During the night, hubby snored and slept but I felt cold air and chills. In the morning, he said he hadn't noticed anything, but I swear the room temperature was freezing. I barely slept at all. I don't know what to make of it.

We took a cruise on Loch Ness in autumn '07 after alunch of steak pie and tea at the Clansman but never saw anything resembling Nessie. I'd say it's one of the cruise boats on the water or one of the many speedboats on the lake. I wish it was Nessie, but I don't think it is.
