not sure when this should take place but i'm reliably informed by a family member that one of the uk's overseers was talking about it fairly recently.
reduced to weekend visits by an outside but local elder instead.. i have no further info..

i just got off the blower from Jehovah...apparently, when Jesus inspected the Organization, he not only wanted them to abandon Pagan Practices, but slowly look for ways to reduce outgoings so that when the 144,000 were all in heaven they could by balloons, party poppers and such. OH and also, apparently Ted was put in a Time Capsule accidentally, so he wont be going to heaven.

say something along the lines of, you have a bible trained conscience the same as them, you really didnt do what your accused of and your main priority has always been your spiritual goals, and that you have done your upmost to maintain a healthy relationship with jehovah god. your aware god sees all, and that you couldnt honestly come before the elders, knowing they represent god then and there, and lie. you have a new relationship and since this new relationship, the former partner has made things difficult for you. say your sad that its come to this because its actually quite stumbling for yourself, and your current partner, yet alone any other brothers and sisters who may or may not find out about this. say you've meditated on this matter in prayer, and had taken an overview on the way you acted and on the situation, studying the matter in line with gods word and the publications and you realise that perhaps your mistake was in being alone, opening yourself to this kind of situation and that you can appreciate how the society has put these things in place as a protection, the same as he put the elders as a protect, and a guide in the congregation. say you believe your innocent of any wrongdoing but you've been quite foolish.
then go on to say, no witnesses, no one else knows for sure what went on there but jehovah himself and he will be my judge.

How much of a role in Brainwashing did the songs actually play?

now, here comes a very bad confession. because i was raised in dub land i never got to know all the traditional lullabies, but i do know Eminem (the white rapper) does his own version of mockingbird... so i'm there, singing the chorus to a 'vulgar' rap song, and when it gets to the bit where eminem says 'and if that mockingbird dont sing, and that ring dont shine, imma break that birdy's neck' i end up mumbling at that bit. haha

Bank of America took $3000 out of my checking account without telling us!
by LovesDubs inwe are filing bankruptcy in three days.
we finally got enough money together, which included our government incentive check, to pay the lawyer to do it and last night saw two withdrawals from our checking account!
perfectly legal the bank says.

loves dubs, i know what its like for money to be taken at just the wrong time (if there is a right one). worst thing is, there is no talking to the bank, they take what they want when they want and expect you to deal with the consequences, i hope things work out for you

I Received The Holy Spirit!

i have been going to a christian church called the vineyard.
they have a live band and lots of singing goes on there.
