  My first year anniversary here.

  no birthday, wedding, first year at a job, first year of a relationship............none seem to bring so much introspective thought as my first year here.. i stumbled on this place looking for more jw's to hang out with online.

  i had no idea what i was in for.

  it did not take long to know that i was among my own kind.. deep thinkers come here to talk, discuss, argue, love, hate, heal, share, but mostly give.

  WTS: NO MORE BOUND VOLUMES AFTER THIS YEAR!

  i just found out today (from my sister) that crooklyn will not be making any more bound volumes of the watchtower or awake magazines after this year------instead, they're all going to be on audio tape only.

  she does not have a computer so i generously

  i think this could very well be yet another tactic of the gb trying to keep a lid on their "embarassing" quotes of yesterday.

  Kristyann here is one of the coverups from the bound volumes vs. what was printed in the original mags. Jan 1, 1989 issue.

  

  Kind of hard to see. Anyway the society changed the wording from the origial mag "in our twentieth century" to in the bound volume "in our day" thereby expanding the future for more preaching work.

  They have changed things in the past on the Bound volumes. So we will have to play close attention to either the audio or cdroms to make sure they dont try to slip one by us again. I guess us apostates will have to scan all our incoming rags and make our own bound volumes from now on. Oh I knew I should of kept those old blue rag binders. Damn.

  The WTS has used the death of 2 individuals on birthdays to say it is unscriptural. But as you can see here in Colossians, no one is to judge you on whatever celebration you decide to observe.
