  Dan Sydlik dies, the last of the moderating forces.

  our good friend dan sydlik died today about 2 pm eastern time.

  he was the last of the moderating forces on the gb.

  lately he has had little influence among the ted (aka the boss) jaracz (head of the bethel cia - the service department) henchmen and loyalists.

  its good to see that forum is still doing well.

  living life, for a year without any connection to jw's or even ex jw's has been very thereputic for me, it has allowed me to look at life as a "normal" (well as normal as i will ever be)person for the first time in life.

  What's Ozzie drinking?

  met up today with one of australia's gold-medal winning winemakers, nigel burton.

  his winery in south australia is starting to make a mark and mrs ozzie and i had a pleasant sunday afternoon sheltering from the rain and sampling his wines.. mrs ozzie acually enjoyed his chardonnay (that's a surprise, eh?).

  for you chardonnay drinkers, i'd recommend you try it.
