Anyway, I just got back from the pub, we had a drink with a friend back from uni, I really miss her. Now she's going back to uni till christmas, and I won't see her until then...

hi everyone, i am just trying to "recover" from my night out with 3 of my work colleagues last night!
we did a pub crawl from 9 till 11, then went to a club.
it's the first time i have been to a club in over 20 years, but it won't be the last!

well here i am tonight already totally at my limits with all the absolute thick f****** wan***** letting off fireworks, when i came across this wonder drug.
i am pleased to inform you that stupidity is not just limited to my area; it is indeed worldwide.
i dont know who is more stupid; sad pathetic people who stare up at the sky in amazement as they watch their money burn in the air (lemmings), absolutely amazed that these things let off loud noises and lights as they say 'wooooooooooh' there goes another one.... or these sad idiots who claim to 'cure' the disease of homosexuality!!!!!!!

two weeks ago i went on foot to the local supermarket in dry weather shortly before they closed to buy some meat and as i was leaving i realised it was raining hard.
so i was trapped under cover just outside as they closed.
i was waiting for 30 minutes, one hour, for the rain to stop and it didn't so as i got fed up with standing there and i decided to walk five minutes in the rain to go home, even if i would get soaked and risk catching a cold.
Two questions? Did the pork get wet, and did it taste good when you were eating it?

sorry i had to start a new topic but the board's software is not allowing me any replies and with all the newer people here they might want to get to know a little about me.. i was raised in a jw household that wasn't terribly strict, but strict enough where i had no worldly friends and wouldn't even consider college or extracurricular school activities.
baptized at 17. that and getting married just after turning 20 stunted me emotionally and i'm still recovering, though i think i'm doing an okay job.. started working in my father's business and pretty much took it over when he retired and moved to florida in 1995.. quit associating with jws in 1997 at age 25. jw wife left me on the advice of the elders, but she came back 5 months later.. grew my hair very long and pierced my ear.. in spring of 2000 two elders came to my house under the pretense of inviting me to the memorial.
