because i have honestly seen a watchtower/awake magazine saying that its ok to be such things.
That anything published in WT literature carries more authority than the Bible does.

What Are Some Of The Dumbest Beliefs JW's Have?
by minimus ini know there are a lot.. one belief i never understood is that blood fractions might be ok for a christian but not "whole blood".
to me the "blood doctrine" is ridiculous from a scriptural point of view..

Bingo. I think that applies to a lot here. I too was 'Baptised' at 15...bullied/expected/emotionally blackmailed etc, not MY choice. 'Dubism' is about pleasing others and not ourselves! Welcome

Furthermore, my two neighbors who helped her out have known her for years and before her "episode" have always referred to her as a sweet, kind old lady.
Ah...old school. For years she (and many like her) believe that the only 'good peeps' in this Wicked World are 'potential-dubs'..? OR is she 'angry' because Satan is very cunning (a Catholic in her midst on 'pretence' of doing good deeds)...

It never fails to amaze me that senior (in years) dubs have to rely on 'Worldlies' for any practical help. Are the dubs waiting for the 'New System' till they help each other to harvest/build/bury Worldlies and loot their homes..?

jw's are always claiming that they are the only religion that preaches and uses the name jehovah, and that is why only they will be saved.

Jehovah=A 14th century Translation Mistake,made by a Catholic Monk..
You know what I was thinking (always dangerous, lol), that as 'Jehovah' was invented by a Catholic monk (wasn't it originally for a poem..?) and Catholics believe in Trinity, isn't 'Jehovah' actually somehow a combination of the Divine name (YHWH) and Jesus..?
It was the Catholics that inserted the name into a few places into the Bible after YHWH was removed?
