since i left the "truth" a couple of things have changed in the teachings back down at the kh, notably the generation thing and the whole kings of the north and kings of the south thing.. now i really really don't want to have to push that "gimme a bible study" button on watchtower.org so can someone here explain to me how they got around changing the generation thing and what does the generation refer to now and who are the kings of the north and south this week?.

i have the video, finally, of the city overseer perjuring himself.

in it, he denies wt publications, refuses to read wt articles and quotes claiming they come from "apostate" websites, etc.

it is about 10 minutes long.

I recently uploaded the Mac version of the elders at the door video. I went through quite a few file hosting sites and found that alot try to install spyware onto users computers.

Eventually I found this site though, seems to be ok, no spyware just annoying layer that appears over the download link. The Layer can be turned off though.

what occasion or occurrence or experience made you finally say....enough is enough!!!!.

for me it was the insensitive and unfeeling way they treated me whilst dfed....for 4 yrs.

i tried and tried to please....but to no avail.. what capped it all off for you...tell me your experiences.

One Sunday morning, the meeting finished, I stood up at the back looked around at everybody else chatting to everybody else and it suddenly struck me, "none of this lot actually talk to me."

I went and got my coat from the cloakroom, the cloakroom had a big glass window into the main hall, I took one long last look hoping someone would say hello or even nod but no one did.

So I walked and never went back.

it seems as though many people come to this board and leave in a short space of time.. it's a pity.. there are people on this board who are very nice and polite even when discussing various views.

this leads to understanding and concern.

i would like to meet you people.. please post in here.. i term nice as being kind, not cursing, love for god almighty, thrives on the right things in life, not hurting other's feelings, etc.. blessed star

Ever had to go to hospital?

in general have you been physically healthy in your life or did you ever have a serious physical illness to the point that you needed hospitalisation?

fortunately up to now i never had any such illness nor did ppl of my age that i know, except one (heart operation).

the only one that died actually got killed in an accident at work after the machine he was operating snatched him and minced him.

Had a bit of a stay in hospital after a motorbike accident, I messed my face up, cracked my skull and broke my arms in two places.

It was pretty boring.

while lurking, fading, or like me, a disgruntled dud who wishes to remain anonymous, found out that a fellow poster was a relative, friend, or just someone you knew?

i found out about one when i first registered and eventually revealed myself because i trust this person.

i just found another one that i dont trust at all!

my little sister colorado5591 is the coolest sister i could have asked for.

she came down for a visit and we went rock climbing, cave exploring, and fossil hunting.

we hiked an hour one way crossing rivers and braving the bush.
