  hello everyone, i haven't been on the forum for quite a while.

  i have been trying to move on with my life i guess and succeeding to some extent - got a new job and getting out and about more etc.

  for anyone that remembers i have a jw son, his wife and a one year old grand daughter who i have been trying to keep in my life after deciding i didn't want to have anything to do with the cult myself.

  Nice way to get things done!

  anyone else hate this practice?

  uve been sitting all day 4 three days @ this place and u just wanna hurry up and finish ur cleaning assignment so u can go out to eat w/ ur friends, but bro.

  special speaker from bethel/or do has to give a one man symposium during his prayer recapping every single moment of the past 3 days.. its like they have this formula that they use to determine how long a prayer should be.

  if someone is praying to Jehovah, even the disadvantaged, Jehovah hears their cries for help too!

  Then why doesn't Jehovah help the little children around the world who are sick, dying, in pain, being abused, used and killed?

  Medical Marijuana

  The ONLY negative side effect that I have noticed is slightly higher grocery bills.

  1925 BETH-SARIM.....

  using photoshop7 i created the image below....there are 13 elements, extracted from larger pictures, intergrated onto a beth-sarim background.

  used the gaussian blur tool, then adjusted results to match colors between each element.

  one of the effects i attemped was to make my artwork resemble watchtower artwok as close as possiable.. wish to use this image in a project....so, how'd i do?

  Help me with research for video: "Evidence: The WT breaks up families"

  i'm interested in trying my hand at a youtube video.

  i'd like to do a piece giving evidence that the wt actually breaks up families since, to my mind, this is one of their worst real offenses.

  the outline will go something like this:.

  Hey brian. Long time no see.

  One other way that the WT breaks up families is:

  Lets say the father finds out it's not the Truth and decides to "leave", (or at least starts an independent research)

  The wife and kids get summoned by the elders and encouraged to have as little association as possible with him.

  The father is now a danger to the "spirituality" of his wife and kids.

  It is clear that this will lead to tension and many times a breakup.
