Just one more comment...........the metal briefcase might just contain some mics and stuff the roadies forgot to clear out after their last gig (or from last a$$embly). I've seen them carried in cases like that.

Poorly photoshopped image in the April WT-public edition?
by Theocratic Sedition inthis image is on page 9 of the 2013 april public edition wt.
is it me or has that long hair been digitally lengthened?
the longer portion of his hair doesn't even blend with the hair closest to his roots.

The picture seems to go along with a JW story about some guy in a Heavy Metal band from the 80's (Iron Cross) named Esa Leinonin becoming a Jdub. http://byronfliwalker.wordpress.com/2013/04/11/my-behavior-was-brutal/
I don't think Esa is the 'long haired guy'. I think he's the grey haired one so it seems to be a staged reinactment of maybe when he was approached. So, I agree that it is photoshopped most likely.
One more thing..........I think the goth guy is gorgeous and the older guy...........well, not so much.

finding dinosaur dna is as unthinkable to an evolutionist as finding a flat earth would be to a geographer.

The Tyrano DNA discovery of 2005 intrigued me and still does NOT because I think it could prove a bronze age religious tome true but that it brings a new facet to the equation. The Bible is mythology just as surely as the Epic of Gilgamesh and the Vedas BUT............these writings do record the minds of humans from past ages and they themselves were recording things that had been heard by oral tradition handed down through the eons to them. I have always found the references to 'dragons' intriguing. There have been writings about and drawings of fantastical creatures from all points of the globe. These representations were not just from observing bones IMO. That some humans could have been eye witnesses to such creatures at some long ago point in time does not strike me as impossible. It may not be found in my lifetime but I am pretty certain that if I could eavesdrop on my great, great, grandchildren 100 years from now, what I believed as scientific fact might very well be the brunt of jokes by them.
I personally don't hold to the view that the current dating methods are infallible. Science is beautiful in that it is constantly changing and updating.
What I see a lot of in these debates is fear on both sides. Those who cling to CURRENT scientific findings are very sensitive to anything that smacks of creationism. Those who find articles like the one on the Tyrannosaurus DNA believe it supports the Bible and creationism.
Both are wrong IMHO.
The whole paradigm of what we know now could be all very very incorrect. BUT, it will be SCIENCE that will correct it. Not faith.

That is so cool! We have a good population of Bald Eagles in the Pacific NW too. All I've ever seen is them flying around and their huge nests but never up close.

I can so relate to her feelings having experienced such similar behavior last year in regards to my father. I tried so hard just to see him even getting a plane ticket and losing a month of work to go down to Arizona and no..........exact same treatment. He died in the fall.
I was thinking that this is somewhat of a phenomena for psychologist to maybe study. It probably already has been but really.......since the crackdown by the organization started it's like all these R & F members have been hypnotized or drugged. I know it's a cult thing but it's gotten so extreme these last couple of years. What is the actual mechanism going on in the JW brain? I know that fear is a big reason. My dad had been talking to me before all this and then he got a terminal cancer diagnosis. My dad died to me months before he actually died. He just was not there (for me) anymore.
I really do hope more and more videos like this get out into the mainstream. What a documentary on cult behavior these could make!
And please...........moderators...........can you do something about the horrible comments this Amos guy is making? I too would hate for that beautiful woman to read his comments. We've been talking about the insensitivity of JW's and his comments are over the top insensitive.

The ten most embarrassing scriptures for Jehovah's Witnesses
by slimboyfat in1. mark 7:15 "there is nothing from outside a man that passes into him that can defile him; but the things that issue forth out of a man are the things that defile a man.. so how can eating black pudding or having a blood transfusion be a sin?.
2. roman 14:5 one [man] judges one day as above another; another [man] judges one day as others; let each one be convinced in his own mind.
so how come they say birthdays and festivals are a sin?.

This one was always an enigma to me until after I left the religion and read some of The Book of Enoch. It is definitely not a scripture that the GB wants anyone researching I'm sure! I couldn't find any word of it in the NWT index........had to google it.
2 Corinthians 12: 1 - 4
I have to boast. It is not beneficial; but I shall pass on to supernatural visions and revelations of [the] Lord. 2 I know a man in union with Christ who, fourteen years ago ~ whether in the body I do not know, or out of the body I do not know; God knows ~ was caught away as such to the third heaven. 3 Yes, I know such a man ~ whether in the body or apart from the body, I do not know, God knows ~ 4 that he was caught away into paradise and heard unutterable words which it is not lawful for a man to speak.
NWT
What?! Supernatural visions! Out of body experiences!!
The whole thing about 'boasting' about this also seemed strange EXCEPT for if The Book of Enoch was part of the sacred scriptures back then and the account of Enoch having almost the identical experience was common knowledge for most Jews.

I found 'peace of mind' finally when I left! The ONLY unhappiness I have experienced is directly related to the JW's.
I have lost my daughter and my only grandbaby because they have convinced my daughter that I am to be viewed as poisen and as mentally diseased. Last year I was denied the right to say goodbye to my dying father and to give him my last hugs because a psychopathic stepmother took full advantage of the Watchtower lies (above) and convinced my father that his eternal life would be at stake if he had anything to do with me. Because of their LIES my life has been affected negatively (as it was when I was in).
As for my life now..............I am doing what I was meant to be doing sharing my gifts and talents with others. Growing up (finally) into a responsible adult in my 40's (now in my 50's) and actually experiencing truly wonderful moments and learning how great it is to NOT be judgemental so that I have met some of the most incredible people I never would have met before. How is being kept perpetually DEPENDANT on an organization a HAPPY thing??? To finally GROW UP in midlife is an 'About Time' moment! Those of you who are getting out in your 20's and 30's have even more to be happy about
What liars they are (even though the R & F don't realize that they are lying to themselves)
