  i'm watching protesters in ny running away from cops.

  why dont todays protesters have the strength of their convictions?

  not one out of hundreds stood their ground w/ the police chasing them.

  Agreed... when we rode to the capitol and parked our bikes in the streets, we stood by and waited for the police to come get us. They didnt.

  Watching the news.... am watching the peace protestors raising hell in NY now.... waving red flags.. wearing hoods covering thier faces. Looks like NYC might see a riot shortly, 3PM EST.

  i saw an interesting quote on the yahoo news page.

  i never heard this expressed and was wondering how the troops went into france at the end of wwii since they were liberating her not going to take her over.. wolford also told them to take down the u.s. flags from the tops of the tanks.

  "we will be entering iraq as an army of liberation, not domination, so it would not be right to go in with the american flag flying," he said.

  Agreeing to disagree is much different from calling people names when they disagree. Add that to the anti-American stance of a few and yes, if nothing else, some respect has been lost.

  It is simple to call names online, but try it face to face.

  i just registered for the suzuki rock and roll marathon in san diego on june 1.

  I hate running...

  In the Army, we got a new Colonal that mandated a "Payday Run"... make the run or get "special duty" before getting paid. We had to go from our Barracks to the top of the pass .. 7 miles one way. I hated it with a passion, but did it.

  Enjoy your run tho, I have a special place in my heart for those able to enjoy and make it.

  Update on my job

  just got a call from my hr guy.

  he wants me to come in monday to get everything settled, so i can "get back to work.".

  so unless he was totally lying to me and they plan on firing me, i still have my job.. yippeeeeeeeeee!.
