she had stopped talking to me for months after the elders told her no to associate with anyone who disagrees with the "slave.
" of course since she has her own doubts and she still loves me, she eventually began talking to me again.
Don't make the mistake of getting involved with her unless she sees it's a cult.

I was 23 years old in the 70's and would stand outside a High School in one of the suburb in Chicago at 8 in the morning placing 40- 60 magazine every morning.
That was when i first learned the "truth" and just got baptized.
Eventually after a while i despised street work. I always felt like an idiot.
some will notice i was really busy during the weekend, thats true as some jws will say i was in a spiritual paradise surrounded by brothers.. my view of a paradise is everybody living in harmony and happy, my weekend experience was more like unhappy people and complaining about almost everything, not to mentioned the quite discussion in the corners (i.e.
gossips).. anyway, during on the discussions, the is (islamic state) topic was started.
it all started when on the elders said that he prefers to talk to muslims in the ministry since they are more open minded and accept our teaching.. i dont come from a muslim background but lived among them enough to understand what they believe.
You should have asked privately " What happens if we as a JW ask too many questions or don't agree with the GB?

i have seen in my local area and while traveling a foreign country jw.borg booths at flea markets.
i remember about 8 or 9 years ago seeing a russellite table at a flea market, and a jw with me said how they were from russells time when those apostates left and the only preaching they do is setting up stands like that.
now jw's are doing the same thing.

i have heard so many jws complain about isis and how cruel and sadistic and pitiless they are.
all my mind can think about is how their techniques are so similiar to the ancient israelites under joshua that the jws feel are heroes and champions of true worship.. role models for kids.
isis believes that non-believers who do not subscribe to their world view should be killed in brutal ways.
