  When is a fade finished?

  so i was thinking - if i don't da myself and they don't df me, am i doomed forever to this limbo called "fade?

  " when do i stop worrying about "what if they find out?

  " when will they (if they saw me) just think of me as someone they knew, rather than "one of their flock" - even when they know i'm inactive?

  taking the position that jesus christ is, in fact, the son of god who paid the price for our sins, i dont believe our affiliation with any christian religion "gives a person an 'an edge'" in their approval by god and christ.

  Menopause/Hormone Imbalance -- Need Girlfriend Advice!

  here's the situation: i'm 51 and had a hysterectomy a year ago.

  i'm on premarin.

  physically i feel fine but mentally i'm kind of foggy-headed, over-emotional sometimes and detached at others, and, um, not entirely reasonable a good bit of the time.

  I am so sorry you are having so much problems.

  I read a great book that talks about bio-identical hormones.

  Ask your gyn to test your hormone panel....they will know just what you are deficient in and and MOST importantly, only take bio-identical hormones.

  my dearest daughter-in-law, whyamihere (brookie), just had four of her wisdom teeth yanked out this morning.

  she is heavily sedated (as usual) and is thrilled to have legal narcotics available to her every 4-6 hours.

  she even looks cute with wads of cotton stuck in her cheeks.. please send her some love!.

  After my 20 marriage ended in divorce (because my ex cheated for 18 years of it) I decided what "purps" said.

  The relationship was not healthy for me and I deserved better. He was NOT the right person for me and failed miserably to show he loved me by cheating continuously.

  Hang in there..(sorry for the pain that hurts like hell right now)..when you aren't looking you will find the right person or they will find you.

  life can throw you curves and it can be hard enough without the excess baggage of having been a witness.. can you please help her with some kind words?.

  I have had that feeling recently. For me it was best to talk it out....even posting it if it isn't too personal. It was my way of coping with the negative that was eating me alive.

  Many on this board replied to my topics and serves as a reminder of how supportive people are here and that many here have felt the same way with leaving a cult.

  I've recently made the decision

  which i think you guys call a fader...so far i'm pretty much got away with it.

  my close family are in the truth love them to bits and i seriously dont want to alienate them- my story is a positive one, they have accepted that i dont go to meetings anymore and although they arent pleased they accept my viewpoint.

  i am not a bitter ex-witness, i enjoyed my time meeting people while i was a witness although a lot shunned me after and a few years before i went 'public'
