Never held any sort of addiction on me. I'm perfectly happy dropping it for 6 months or whatever. Rarely think about it.
Yeah, a friend of mine would have a bag for six months, and pinch here and there, I would be amazed. I always wondered why cant I use it like that? Not only the savings but I wouldn't have walked around stoned all day.
Not me I'd have to smoke everything in sight. Be stoned everywhere I went.
I enjoy cigars now. Having traded one carcinogen for another.

Ive smoked the rope for approx. 21years. Ive grown it at home, 5 very bountiful crops.(nortrhern lights) Eventually became a dealer. I couldnt do anything without making sure I had my one-hitter loaded and ready to go.
In retrospect, I didnt like that person .Because I felt so dependent on it. (addictive personality I suppose) I havent smoked in 6 years. Knowing what I do about myself and the effects of Mj for me personally I feel it held me back in different aspects of my life.
But thats just me. For others maybe its not such a problem.
But in the end I think there are bigger fish to fry, then busting a person feeding there head. I used to think legalization was always just around the corner. Even if it was I still dont think I would go back to it. Certainly when compared to alcohol....well that might be another thread.

bigdreaux's thread caused me to think back on similar threads where the poster's have been blasted for their exit threads.
most try to reason with the poster with positive responses and try to get them to stay with us, but a few have posted negative thoughts to being downright nasty.. i have noticed various post's stating "you'll be back" (in sarcasm) to those who outright state that we are better off without you (the poster who says goodbye.).
there have been good people here, bigdreaux included, who are ostracised for their post to say goodbye.
Being here around four years, I come and go. Im really surprised at how much posting is done by members who been here around a year or so, with thousands of posts. I cant imagine spending so much time here/on line. Maybe its me? But announcing your leaving? Who cares but the people you actively engage here?

Thats funny, It reminds me of when I was doing shoulder shrugs on a machine and this guy and girl were next to me, he was about my size, 6'2, 240 she looked like a dancer. I think somehow he felt a little threatened ( I could care less) He starts with the big boy act lookin for 45 plates. I guess he was to busy watching me to see if I was watching her...he then start to take plates off of my machine.
She has to tell him " I think he's using them" she lookled at me and we chuckeled.
