Actually, we see both sides of both of you. RS seeks a scripture based answer to her questions and you say you know the answer but can't quote scriptures because of our lack of respect for the bible. She presses you for an answer, and you personally insult her.

RS ... if your thoughts of JWs is so low, why are you studying with them ... must be some allure. Will you email them along your last post too?
AGAIN ... if you've read my other threads, you wouldn't have to ask a question plainly answered. I have answered the question "why are you studying?" at least a dozen times in my other threads.
#1: I do not have a low opinion of Jehovah's Witnesses (the people). I do however have a problem with some of the doctrines of the WTS, as well as those JWs who ride up on their high horses. There is a big difference.
#2: I love my JW husband, I love my JW in-laws .. and I have a strong desire to understand something that is so important to them, even if I wind up unable to agree. I have an open mind and an open heart. Do you?

I started studying because I had hope that I could understand and accept the JW's as having the truth. My motives are honorable. Are yours?
kls ... if you are reading here ... you see the other too. Do you think RS will allow the PO to see what she always says here. No ... but she will pick and choose what she sends to suit her own agenda. Thus ... the other side of RS. You can believe she won't be emailing this one.
To all who want answers:One last time ... go to your elders or if you aren't a witness go to the nearest cong. and ask away. I will not in good conscience use holy scriptures here where there is little to no respect for the bible teachings. Any of you who have any familarity with Jehovah's Witnesses (and you must or you wouldn't be here) know that this is the way it has to be.
Why is this the way it has to be? Why is it that you cannot answer questions? Are you not allowed to? Are you unable to? I mean no disrespect to you, just curious as to your answers. I got the "casting pearls before swine" answer before, but still do not understand that idea. I would think that you would be eager to cast aside any doubt others may have by answering the questions, rather than telling them to go elsewhere for answers. If you are not allowed to answer with scripture, then why not? That surely seems silly. If you are unable to answer with scripture, then just admit to that and move on. I know it's not easy to admit when you don't know something, many don't like to admit they don't know something, but as I said, it's nothing to be ashamed of as no one can know everything.

Talk about selective "seeing"! She conveniently "sees" (so-called) discrepancies in RS's posts, but refuses to "see" the REAL discrepancies in WTS policies and doctrine.

Kls has been read ing and following every-word that has been put down and my feeling is that RS has an open mind and has no fear of the org.. When you choose not to believe something that has been written here please reframe from putting ,,WE SEE THE OTHER. Do not drag others into your own thoughts.
