@fastJehu: I already have a fulltime job but have no work on saturdays and sundays. So maybe I will have to find another excuse.

As some have said, the problem is I'm still a MS. For the moment I can't step down although already thinking about moving to another congregation this year and not accepting my appointment in the new congregation.

Regardless of when you stand down as a mini-servant, the reaction from your family is definitely going to be the same, so why prolong your agony?

Bite the bullet, and save yourself having to provide different reasons for quitting pioneering and then quitting as an M.S. Simply give one answer for both - "I'm having to deal with private & personal issues - thanks for your concern."

Skepsis why don't you be honest and say you cant preach the teachings of the Watchtower Corporation anymore because you found them incorrect and tainted with commercialism.

If you do come back here and tell us what the Watchtower Corporation did to you after that proclamation.
