There are, sadly, in this the Information Age, many who are wilfully ignorant, a couple of clicks of a mouse and Bingo ! there is your Information, which the sensible then Fact Check etc.

The worrying ones are, not only lazy older ones, but especially the younger ones who it seems if there isn't an App. for it on their surgically attached 'phone, they will go no further to find real Factual, True Information.

I'm less concerned about the obvious trolls than the ones like James Tour and Stephen Meyer. Someone who refuses to engage and just says "this is true and this is not" is easy enough to recognize and dismiss. Someone who can engage in actual high-level science can obfuscate the issues and drag the discussion in any number of directions, so as to avoid the relevant information/data. How far are they setting humanity back, in a day and age when these issues should already be settled?

The fact that you have supposedly read all the literature linked to this thread and yet you don't even know that biological anthropologists are the hominid evolution theorists tells me who really is the ignorant one here and who also has poor reading comprehension.

After me telling you that I am anthro major, that you would even ask me "what books that present the scientific case for biological evolution have you read" and then that you said: "Why should anybody take you seriously when you have not read a single word of the evidence that you arrogantly dismiss?" because you didn't even know what an anthropologist is and what they study lets me know that you are more blind than I thought.

Also, I am not a man, I am a woman. If you can't tell the difference in that, it's not surprising you can't tell the difference between a troll and someone who is telling the truth. I have spoken with several people on here either on the phone or Zoom or fb messenger and they know I am who I say I am.

I feel bad for you, playing around in your world of make believe and putting on airs, acting like high-in-the-sky intellectual bullies when you don't even know you're in the mud. The words you throw at me as attempted insults just expose your own motives and state, words like "arrogant" and "ignorant". Oh, well. You've just allowed any honest hearted ones here to see what you are really "selling" and why. I am not a troll, Phizzy, but I do know the truth.

You made some comments about "old lazy ones" and "young ones" - I don't know what that comment was about. I'll be 46 soon. I became a JW at 24. Prior to that I'd done the college campus life and associated activities. I know how to do research and I'm not attached to my phone. I've been disfellowshipped over a year and it's nice to have my eyes opened to the hypocrisy in the JWBorg, but I can see quite clearly how so many leave the JWBorg and get sucked in to the hypocrisy in the "science" teachings. You go from one cult to the other.

I got out of the "science" cult when I was 24. I saw the hypocrisy in it then. You are willing to tell people the truth about the bad things going on in the JWBorg, and when you do that, some people still in call you "an apostate" or "a heretic" even though they are the ones who are blinded.

It's the same thing here with this issue. You can call me the equivalent of "an apostate" to the evolution teaching or "a heretic" when I tell you the truth about how evolutionary theorists are lying to you. But it's just like I'm talking to the wall, the same as when you try to open the eyes of an indoctrinated JW who doesn't want to let go of the FD$ teaching.

You'll wake up someday, and you'll know I told you the truth because I do love you. And I'm not the only one. Jehovah loves you too, even though you keep ignoring Him.

EP - I am not doubting your studies in anthropology. I don't know the syllabus of your course but you have demonstrated your total ignorance of biological evolution.
