No one said the Democrats are bad except the original poster. I know several good Dems but they're not for socialism -- they are for the free-market/capitalist system - imagine that! One - who grew up in so cal - her father was murdered in the 1950s by 2 illegals - yes, it was happenin' even back then! She was only 8 yrs. old and Daddy didn't come home one night. She and her sister (and mother, of course) waited up all night long and his body was finally discovered a month later! He had met up with his brother at Hollywood & Vine for a beer on his way home -- he was driving a brand new Thunderbird (the cool type that was discontinued) - had the convertible top down and came out by 7:00 pm - two illegals used a chain around his neck (came up from behind him), drove the car off - crossed state lines - murdered him and threw his body in a ditch. She's about as liberal as a gal can be (she's a retired attorney) and her line is - "send them home -- send them all home!" She even attended Ole Hil's rallies! Ahh, just one soul that month in California.

Why don't you prove it -- evidence helps sometimes starting with the line, "I think white people are superior to black people" for an opener. We've heard nothing but lie after lie after lie on fake news and evidence helps. SO what if he did say that -- Obama said many things worse but he's not 100% white and being your main man walks. Amazing the prejudice here. Politicians say all kinds of nonsense -- it's their ACTIONS that matter/duh and how they run (or fail to run) the country.

We'll let ole Bernie and Pocahontas skate on the criminal acts from their followers - and everything the liberals have done to take away the voting privilege and will of the American people - the deplorables. I think those are serious crimes or were at one time. Ahh, no rule of law any more - The country could never split -- after all the liberals can't exist without the hard-working, tax-paying, conservatives, paying what percentage of the tax revs and too busy going to work day in day out while the mind-controlled, protesting, liberals, are out in the streets hurting innocent people. Liberals represent the filthy rich today but they aren't going to pay more than they have to - that's the job of the working class!

President Trump's breathing is microscopically examined daily but bet you didn't think to "examine" Obama who used fear mongering and negative speech against the country regularly - health-care scares, fraud, illegal investigations of US businesses - IRS issues for individuals not on his team - on and on. The Trump witch-hunt investigation (Act II - Reality Time) evidence increases exponentially - so hang on to your hair - it's more interesting by the hour although doubtful justice will happen without rule of law. One must remember that until quite recently there was only one, biased, media. Sure there were a couple of radio talk show hosts (big deal) but most people get their info/news from TV. Dems don't like truth and other views (sounds like WT) but the reality is now we have alternative, decent, journalism, and pundits on TV, also.

How do we convince white nationalists he isn't?

Why should we care what white nationalists think?

Can't you see how idiotic that would be?

You'd effectively hand over the election to them - where they get to pick the president simply by backing who they really don't want to win.

BTW: the head of the KKK has endorsed a democrat, so that means you have to vote Trump now or else YOU are a racist. Them's the rules, right?

The Democratic party is not the same Democratic party today, In the election of 1860, the northern Democrats opposed the expansion of slavery while the southern Democrats believed that slavery should exist across the US. Since then this has been a great divide regarding Democrats.

Here is a summary of the switchover from democrat to republican.

In the presidential elections of 1952 and 1956 Republican nominee Dwight David Eisenhower, a popular World War II general, won several Southern states, thus breaking some white Southerners away from their Democratic Party pattern. The passage of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 was a significant event in converting the Deep South to the Republican Party; in that year most Senatorial Republicans supported the Act (most of the opposition came from Southern Democrats), but the Republican Party nominated for the Presidency Arizona Senator Barry Goldwater, who had opposed it.

So it is possible that some southern Democrats in past supported and were backed by the KKK.

Well, David Duke seems to be doing what the WTS did in 1989, allying themselves with Jimmy Swaggart Ministries, covering all their bases. What is his status now in the KKK? In the quote below, it seems he said he left the KKK in 1980.

The Amicus Curiae (Friend of the Court Legal Brief) filed by the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society (Jehovah's Witnesses) in June 1989 re: a Supreme Court case between Jimmy Swaggart Ministries and the State of California. At issue was whether religious materials distributed by a ministry could be taxed. The Supreme Court ruled against Swaggart stating that such materials could be taxed. In 1990, the Watchtower Society stopped asking for a fixed donation price for literature distributed and began offering all materials on a voluntary donation basis. Supreme Court legal briefs are public domain items.

Duke told The Daily Telegraph that he left the Klan in 1980 because he disliked its associations with violence and could not stop the members of other Klan chapters from doing "stupid or violent things."
