I usually know when I've got the right balance - I get shit from both sides for "favoring the other". Seriously, you'd be surprised how often I've had both sides in a debate accuse me of being on the side of the other.
I do normally try to explain my thinking and reasoning on issues but don't expect everyone to agree with me about everything. I just like to have my say. I do appreciate when people understand my intentions, even if they may disagree with some particular outcome or I might mess up.
One day, Angharad will probably delete me, seize control, and that will be that.
