I have a question.
why is the watchtower still hand drawing pictures when clearly they could have used photos and simply used photoshop to turn them into what looks like water color or hand drawings? and why not just use people and take staged photos?

I can't believe that more people aren't freaked out about the WTBTS changing the picture?? BTW, I use the dirty one at the meetings, it makes me laugh. I also say "Jeehoober", LOL!!!

Advertising images in the 'real world', the one that exists outside the confines of the Watchtower Society, are heavily laden with subliminal images. This is no secret. Subliminal imaging is a fact of the industry.
I am an artist - I am a university educated and trained artist. I have a Masters degree in Fine Art and I have taught studio art at the university level in years past. I also have a bachelor degree in Psychology so I am aware of the brain's role in perception. I agree, unreservedly, with the 'expert' opinions presented by Compound Complex. The subliminal images within the WT images are no accident.
I have no problem at all accepting that the images in the Watchtower literature are sublimally manipulated.
I don't have to 'believe' it - I accept it.

As an artist who specializes in blending ordinary and fantasty images into my landscapes, I recognize the difference between what is mere pareidolia and that which is deliberately placed in the art. Frequently, individuals looking at my pieces will spot an animal, a face, etc., that I did not purposely plant there, in the manner of Bev Doolittle, et al.
The subliminal images within the WT images are no accident.
