Get your mind out of the gutter
stuckinaratu2 in this I don't think that explanation fits... Because it's a painting not a photo and it's a generic picture of a man that it's difficult to recognize.
I think the explanation is other...
Probably they receiveid many complains about the picture and how it was a strange draw of the hand and was similar to a phallus.
Don't see it sorry. We can't blame everything on the WT ya know.. lol
At first I couldn't see it, but now I see a penis as clear as day. Someone definitely playing a joke and getting away with it lol

To all who do not agree, tell us if its not a penis, what is it? It certainly is not his arm or hand... It seems unmistakeable to me once you see it. Why is it so hard to believe that a artist would want to slip this in just for kicks?
It couldnt be his sleeve because it is not even the same color as his shirt. His shirt is green, the color of the ....ahem..... large object is the same color as his skin. Also check out the way he is leering at that girl!
I don't see it either. Maybe it's like one of those blurry paintings that you have to squint at for hours to figure out what it's supposed to be.
is funny that the black man on the first version of the book was suppose to be the black woman's husband, but now that he is gone with his two penises, is she a widow or married a white "brother"?
It's definitely a penis, and if you notice, he's looking at the white girl. If you don't think it's a penis, just have someone post the original cover to the little mermaid VHS.
