  Bahamas, Bermuda, Puerto Rico, Turks, Jamaica,,,

  are U.S. Virgin Islands, British Virgin Islands, & Cayman also???

  The Kingdom Ministry states the attendance is from "the US branch territory" which officially includes those countries I listed. I don't think it includes the ones you listed Gayle. I wonder if JW.org is any clearer?
