Totally right Terry. This is a troll.

BJ you are either an advocate or not and it is ALL WRONG.

How about you reimburse me for the thousands of dollars spent on therapy to sort the mind numb caused by the borg? If this borg had even a ounce of holy spirit it would not cause the sort of damage it does. Hypocrite.

When I say that I'm a Nazi, I don't wish to convey that I'm an admirer of Hitler or devotee of the 3rd Reich. Some would over simplify my beliefs and not make the distinction between a zealot, and what I am; some one who sincerely believes that National Socialism is what's best for the German People.

Some have forsaken the fatherland, and I do not judge them for seeking safety elsewhere. But we should not forget that it hasn't been ALL bad. The Furer lifted this nation out of a depression, revitalized manufacturing, encouraged health, prosperity and culture.

Not all SS officers were bad, and I for one, choose to stay with my homeland. My beloved brothers and sisters of a united Germany.

I believe in the new and better world that was promised by National Socialism. A world of peace and plenty. A world where mankind could finally reach perfection.

And I am not alone. All true lovers of the German people are with me in this belief.

    ---------------

Ok, I know it's bad form to compare a group to the Nazi's. It's distasteful and over-done. But you know that they say; if the iron heeled jack-boot fits.....

To support the earthly paradise doctrine is to support the largest potential genocide in human history. Even if we take the kinder, gentler version of this teaching; that only the wicked will be destroyed, and 'we would not presume to judge' who that would be, the WTS has noted that the military and government is a part of that number. Also religious leaders, apostates, and the children of the above. How many would that be out of almost 8 billion? Armageddon could easily overtake the Holocaust in it's horror.

I honor your freedom to believe in whatever you wish, but I find it rather unsettling that some you subscribe to a belief system that wishes me dead. For all my harsh words, I would never wish any kind of harm to the JWs here or to their kin. I don't think any individual Witnesses wish me harm either, but harm would be what resulted from their beliefs becoming true.

Most JWs aren't bad. Most Nazi's didn't know about the camps. It's not the people but the system and ideology that concerns me.

"One poster on another thread even insisted recently that all Jehovah's Witnesses are accomplices in a criminal organization and its criminal enterprise. An absurd notion, to be sure."

I was that poster. And the only thing absurd is you.

In Law, coercion is codified as a duress crime. Such actions are used as leverage, to force the victim to act in a way contrary to their own interests. Coercion may involve the actual infliction of physical pain/injury or psychological harm in order to enhance the credibility of a threat. The threat of further harm may lead to the cooperation or obedience of the person being coerced. Based on that description the WTBTS is a criminal organization.

You must shun this family member say the Elders who are repeating what the WTBTS tells them. The Elders are guilty of being co criminals of the WTBTS. The Society will remove the elders if they don't follow what the WTBTS says they must do which is coercion. The congregation follows the Elders so they are being coerced to do this because the Elders quoting the WTBTS are proclaiming this to be the truth otherwise severe things will happen to those disobeying.........(DFing which is coercion).

Elders are co-criminals with the Society when it comes to child molesters. 'No two witnesses....... sorry Charley your out of luck....... not our fault.......... doesn't even rate an investigation.........Brother Pervert here's your free pass to groom, prepare and molest other innocent JW children. We hate what you do but until there is that second witness the Society doesn't want us to protect our children otherwise they would tell us to contact the authorities or at the least ask us to encourage the parent(s) to contact the authorities.

Life saving Blood transfusion for your child....keep in mind that if you give consent you will be Df and shunned.....Coercion.

Your baptized child is taking drugs and is rebellious at age 18? He must leave your household......... no further contact.....otherwise you can't be an MS or Elder....coercion.

The JW construct is poisonous. It violates the laws of the land by claiming religious exception, it demands obedience from it's enforcers and coerces one and all to violate their conscience and common sense.

The WTBTS, all of whom are JW's ,who invented the JW's are a criminal association and have co-opted their followers to participate in their crimes.

The Catholic church got away with their crimes for 2000 years now there are lawsuits and at least 500 priests serving jail time for molesting children. They are also a criminal

    association.

    Karma dude ....its a bitch.

The OP lost me as soon as I saw that he couldn't spell "Jeremy".

Honestly though, I have no major issues with his post. Many in the organization want to label it 100% truth, and many out of it want to label it 100% false, so at least he seemed to realize that there are issues. I'm fading happily and although I see a lot of things that make me mad, I can see some teachings that I do respect and lessons that were good in my life. I also want to scream if I attend a meeting and listen to people spout off the latest buzzwords of the organization and repeat falsehoods and hyperbole, so I can't go. It is the yin and the yang, the good and bad, and the organization seems more and more to be going down the path of ridiculous group dynamics whereby the people get sucked in more and the leaders gain more influence. It happens all of the time in human groups. I just can't be there while it goes down. If the emperor has no clothes and people don't want to see it, I can't live in that kind of denial while others may be able to. At this point in life the organization only takes from me. I get nothing out of the meetings or anything else. You can only treat people like objects instead of human beings for so long before they decide not to take it any longer. I know that for others, their mileage varies greatly. A lot has to do with the congregational attitude in your locale, the mental and emotional makeup of the individual, etc.
