So you are saying, private citizen Obama is above the legal system? He may be a President right now, but he is running on the ballot as a private citizen for the next term.

Obama is being sued as a private citizen running for office- he was notified - it is a serious mistake for a private citizen to ignore a subpoena, don't you agree?
It's a serious mistake if the courts rule that it is. Care to make a wager on whether or not they do?

Moshe- there is plenty of things this prez does that I think is bad for our nation. I believe he is a liar and a socialist idealogue. There are a lot of things to criticize Obama for, but this doesn't seem to be one of those things to me.

My guess is that Obama is ignoring this subpoena, because his attorney has already talked to the judge (off the record) and the fix is a done deal. They do stuff like that in Chicago- and worse--

Holy crap, I thought they cleared out the court backlog of idiot Birthers who tried to sue him for supposedly committing fraud by lying about his eligibility for POTUS....
