Rare breakthroughs are what usually take major criminals, etc down. Al Capone , mob boss- took down by tax evasion. Really, do we care what causes them to shape up else? I'm OK with whatever works. Frequently it involves money, so the old saying " follow the money" is very true. Money and the treatment of children.
