This from someone not on this board:

    Hi guys,

As I said yesterday, I am already in touch with the Chief Inspector of the Diversity Unit for Thames Valley Police and I forwarded him the articles from The Independent and The Telegraph.

I had an email from him last night:-

    Dear Mrs xxxxx,

Following your call earlier this afternoon I have now read both articles from The Independent in full, have discussed with a member of the Legal Services Department and concluded that the issue needs to be referred to the Crown Prosecution Service for their determination.

I imagine you are delighted that the matter has received national press attention, which will undoubtedly ensure public determination of the legal position. I will make further investigations in the morning (Wednesday), and respond with how far I have progressed by 6pm Thursday.

What a FANTASTIC result and an amazing group effort!!!!

Brilliant! It might not be clear to you guys over the pond but "diversity" is massive in the British justice system at the moment.

To have it referred to the CPS for a legal opinion is fantastic progress.

Do you think this coverage from London, Brazil and Australia will eventually force the WBTS to redo thier ways and stop the shunning practice?

No they will never stop the shunning practice. They will just do what they do with blood: lie about it.

If it's gone this far, it's serious. The Brits don't mess around.
