He posted the letter that began this thread on his facebook on August 2nd. And it is still there, three times, for perpetuity. Tell me this did not contribute to his death. He thought he had pneumonia and would not go to the doctor. I know he was deeply depressed and he told me he was very ill and he would not outlive his stepdad, who will turn 70 this month. He was so deeply hurt much of his life over their warped idea of love. Turn around, my sister. I hope you are humbled by this nightmare you helped to cause.

As for how mothers can treat their children this way...I am all too familiar with that. My sis committed suicide and at the funeral my mother never even cried. This was the mother who used to tell my sis when she was 7 and 8--"Get thee behind me Satan. Jehovah sent you to test me." At the funeral all she said was, "Well, we all knew this was going to happen." Yeah, mom we did. Because of YOU.

So when this woman gets old and can no longer live by herself and needs family to take care of her... who will she call her son? And what will his response be..." I will have no further contact with you"

My mother kicked her 17 yr old son out because he was df'd. when she was 75 she needed a place to stay. the jw's didn't help her. i guess they were tired of her shit. So she calls her df'd son to help. He was in real estate and found her a place to live. He didn't treat her the same way she treated him when he was 17.

I told my brother that he was a better person than me.... I would have told her to go ask her jw friend, since she always put them first before us.
