Of course I did.....didn't you notice in my comments above that I was talking about the very video you posted?
Even in the super low quality video you posted, it is obvious that the "gun" is a person's head (the passenger seen more clearly in 0:13-0:16). It takes only ten seconds to find a better quality version on Youtube:
