I have often seen the sign at our emergency vet's (which we have visited MANY times...) asking for blood donations from our pets.
One of these days I will take our girls in to donate. Hopefully no doggie-elderrs will see us :P

So sorry to hear what you and your dog had to go through, but am so glad that he's gonna be ok. You do know that your gonna have to shun him now. But seeing as you live together, it'll probably be ok to have 'business dealings' with him. When is he next due to do his business.......?

Here's to hoping for a full recovery. Hope your pet feels better soon. Any idea what could have caused this much trauma? A bear? Cougar? Pondscum neighbour? Might be an idea to keep your dog secured at night 'till you get some answers. Well done! Bill.
